They did a total remodel, including new insulation, wiring, plumbing, drywall, flooring, cabinets and finish work. Work was completed in a timely manner, and the men were easy to work with. Juan and Alicia are a good team! They made sure I was happy with every detail to the end. I will definitely recommend their company

Very pleased with the construction of my gazebo. Working with Alicia, project manager, was very easy because everything was done in a professional manner, especially communicating with me regarding project status. I knew at all times who was coming and when, and any changes were reported in a timely manner. The project was completed on time with no problems and we are happily enjoying our new backyard space!!

Very customer service oriented. Did everything we asked and more. Dependable, we were not on site, but they showed up to work every day, and completed on time. We had a great experience with Juan, Alicia and their entire crew. They demolished and replaced the fencing in our back and front yards and landscaped our back yard. The work was promptly scheduled, excellent work performed, prompt attention to detail and guidance on the entire project. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early. The high level of professionalism and care that this team displayed really sets them apart. The completed project exceeded our expectations we would definitely use them for any future projects.

I had some custom built columns installed for my front porch area. AJ Mejia helped me find, order and installed them. From the beginning it was clear the level of professionalism and care this team displayed really sets them apart from other contractors I've worked with. The day of our installation, their staff Julian did an amazing job and consulted us to make sure we approve of his work before he moved on. I had a really good experience with Alicia and Juan. We had a previously existing patio structure in our back patio, and wanted to add a similar structure to a new area in our larger front yard. They nailed it; same materials, including a rusted patina corrugated roof, matched the stain and design. If you didn't know better you would think the two were put up by the same crew at the same time. Love it. Also, they worked very quickly and it was priced very reasonably compared to other estimates we received. Alicia and Juan were super attentive to what we wanted, asked the right questions, and worked within our schedule. We only had one small cosmetic issue, and when we mentioned it, Juan came out right away and took care of it- even AFTER they had got final payment. Super happy. Would use the again, and will refer them if we have the opportunity.

They are local, family business and worked effectively. They kept me updated on cost, time scheduling and permits.

Extremely happy with the work that was done. Communication was fast and they are very kind. Explained all charges thoroughly and at a fair price. The project required different workers and they were all professional, worked in communication with each other and the work was done perfectly. (framing, insulation, drywall, electrical being moved, door and hardware installed and added wall texture at the top of staircase.. not an easy job.) It was done quickly and did an excellent job containing the construction debris from the rest of the house. I highly recommend them and they listened to our needs. I will be using them again if we have any other projects.

Absolutely fabulous crew. Experienced, extremely neat, on time, excellent communication with Alicia and Juan. Looking for more work at my house because they are just so darn good. A refreshing contractor experience.

They completed the two room closet door replacement in two days and stayed over the second night so our pets would not have to be interned another day. The doors are solid snd much better than the mirrored doors they replace. I would highly recommend them.

Juan and Alicia (his wife and project manager,) listened to what my needs were and worked hard to meet them. Juan and his crew rebuilt my side deck from the ground up and did a superb job. Alicia is a wonderful and responsive communicator. Together they make a great team. In fact, I was so pleased I hired them to replace most of the siding and windows on my house. Again, the work was great and the crew were great. They accommodated me as much as possible while the work was going on. I really couldnâ t be more pleased by the results. Good people - great job. Juan and Alicia were both very nice and professional. Very accommodating to our tight schedule. They were able to get our job in quite quickly and their workers were quick, did great work and were very respectful.

Juan is the most experienced, honest and reliable carpenter we have employed for work on our house. He consulted with us about materials and design, then quickly tore out and replaced our backyard deck this year. It is beautiful and just what we wanted. Donâ  t hesitate to employ him on any carpentry projects !
