Jason was at our home within an hour of us calling him. He quickly assessed the situation, identified the issue, explained the situation and provided an estimate to fix it. He fixed the problem efficiently and explained it all. We were so pleased with the service, we asked him to come back a few days later to address some non-urgent electrical needs in the house. He again provided an estimate and explanation of the work to be done, showed up timely to perform the work and kept us apprised of the status as he progressed. I called Electrical Detectives to remove some ugly fluorescent lights in my elderly parent’s home. The technician sent out was Jason. He was punctual (a big plus for me), explained the process, was friendly & cleaned up the mess afterwards. The price was fair & I felt the company was honest.
