James, the owner came out for me on a Saturday after my power was restored, but only to half of my house. Within minutes he found it was the GFI in my bathroom that would not reset causing the rest of the house not to come on. Could not be happier with the service.

I wrote a review this morning based on incomplete information. The owner reached out to me to see what he could do to rectify my situation. The amount of work done in the garage related to the installation of the florescent lights was much more that I had realized and justified the amount of money that was charged. The lights installed work great. The light that was in the ceiling fan still has problems, but the owner offered to come out himself and fix it. if it gets fixed, I would give the company all 5s. I appreciate the effort the owner went to when he realized that I was not happy with the work.

James and company have an enormous amount of experience in the electrical field! They are reliable, and do exactly what they say they will do. They are an exception in their industry, as a company that you can stand behind and rely on!

They care , they show up and get the job done . Plus they know there stuff , knollage is a great thing and they have it

James is an awesome owner and wonderful to work with! He sent Danny and another person to complete our lighting job. They did A LOT of work installing recessed lighting in 3 rooms and installed under cabinet lighting in our kitchen. They finished all in 1 day and we were very pleased with the work they did! We will definitely be hiring Bay Area Electric again and I will definitely ask for Danny!

Five stars from start to finish. Found Bay Area Electric on Home Advisor. James called ME the next day before I could call him. He asked me for more details about the job and then sent me a very reasonable proposal. I told him I'd like to proceed and he let me know the date for install - 4 weeks out. (Trades are so busy right now!) Danny and Tua showed up 10 minutes early and were friendly and professional. The light fixture over the sink could not accommodate the can light that I wanted due to a beam, but Danny offered up an alternate fixture that looks great. He checked in with us on spacing for the remainder of the lights as well as the height for the chandelier. They worked well together and I felt like we were partners in the project with them - letting them know our preferences and then they executed beautifully. Sooo pleased! I highly recommend them and will use them again!

James Parker of Bay Area Electric contacted me the same day I put in my request for an electrician and came out the next morning. He resolved my electrical problem quickly and efficiently. I am quite pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

James was so kind. I had no power to my garage freezer and refrigerator and was concerned about losing the food in both. James was very sensitive to my concerns and was here same day. He corrected the problem quickly and saved the day. I wonâ  t hesitate to use them again.

I thought $180 for a home visit, regardless of outcome, was a little steep.

He cleaned up his work area. Pleasant. I would highly recommend him. Check with his hiring fees. I knew ahead of time what to expect.
