James (the Electrician) and Adrienne (the Dispatcher) were an absolute joy to work with. Both were VERY polite and nice, and very professional. I plan on having James back out to the house for several projects that I need to get done.

James was amazing. He came at the appointed time, assessed the problem we had with hanging a chandelier, made a great workable suggestion, went out and got the part, came back and installed the light quickly and correctly. I definitely plan on using him and Bay Area Electrical on any other electric needs we have.

Matt was very simple as her explained to me, a woman, the working and none working compontents of my old electrical main switch. I felt very comfortable with Matt's knowledge and his very personal and professional way he dealt with my needs to get this done. Anyone out there that wants an honest, hardworking guy for your electrical needs, be it large or small, Matt is your guy.

After requesting the work I was contacted within minutes and scheduled for next day. They where able to make it earlier arrival after calling. Called this company and got an appointment early in the morning before I left the house for work. I asked the electrician to coordinate the work with my plumber, which he did. Gave a very good price, did the work as outlined, no fuss, invoice came via an e-mail and I paid online. A streamline process. I will use them again for my next project.

James was very professional, provided a detailed proposal after his review of my requirements, and very informative as to what to expect, timelines, etc. The quote was the lowest out of 3, but I would have chosen James and Bay Area Electric if they had been a bit higher than other two I interviewed. The project invoilved replacing existing fused meter main with new 200A surface mount meter main with distribution, and other electrical upgrades. He also added some new plugs and fixtures inside and outside the house. The project was completed on time and much to my satisfaction!

what can you say for perfection. even when there was a problem with a bad pipe james took it in stride and fixed the problem, took him extra time and no extra charge. will never call any one else to do my electrical work . would give him a 5plus

James came out and discussed our list of electrical needs and gave us his advice and recommendations. Adrianne was timely and courteous in getting back to us with their proposal. James and his crew completed all items on the list in quality fashion. Our list included various electrical items: install a ceiling fan, replace a couple of GFI switches, troubleshoot heater blower problem, remove ceiling light in kitchen and replace with 2 pendant lights, replace several recessed lights with LED's, etc.
