Flawlessly. Bill not only asked for a photo in advance of his arrival, so that he could quote the cost of replacement correctly, but checked and recognized that the problem was not the breaker, but user-error. He then checked the relevant breakers, and charged a call-out fee, saving the cost of replacement and labor. He even proposed an appliance usage solution to help prevent future circuit tripping. I will call him first in the event we have any subsequent electrical issue in the house. Would recommend without question.

This is my fourth service I have had with B. Henry's. What I like about these guys is their straight forward approach to delivering "quality service". They walk through the project and decide on the most sensible way to accomplish what I need. I had Aron and Paul on this day and they split up the work load so both were working the entire time expediting the finish time. In addition, they came up with a competent workaround to save us time which = saving money which I always appreciate from a contractor but rarely find. Their work is always top tier and up to code which I respect. They went above and beyond to accommodate the timing for this project and I am delighted to recommend their service as a true 5 star experience.

Bill and his helper arrived at around 9:00 am. He checked out my entire electrical panel and decided that there were two old style breakers that were corroded. He began by cleaning them and went to his truck and came back with a quad breaker of a different manufacturer. He told me that he had this breaker in his truck already and couldn't remember what it cost, so offered to replace the two corroded breakers with the one he already had at no charge whatsoever. He hooked up the two breakers, told me everything should be fine now, shook my hand and once again told me this was a no charge visit and to have a Happy Thanksgiving. I will absolutely recommend Bill to anyone requiring electrician services and will call him first with any electrical work that I may need done in the future.

Bill Henry was referred by a friend who was very impressed by his great work and reasonable prices. Very friendly and professional. He even installed a dimmer switch for me, which I only thought of at the last minute as he started working.
