+ -1 moreOverall, the experience was great. The technicians notify when I'm due via postcard, arrive on time & 6 times a year. I live on the side of a state park, so I potentially get alot of pests (rats, mice, wasps, etc). They deal with the pest at hand, and the technician is very pleasant to deal with. I'm happy with their services.
Description of Work: Pest control services. I had wasps in my bedroom. They came out, plugged the hole from my bedroom side, and exterminated the mess that was in the wall. Then, they plugged up the hole from the outside, so the wasps couldn't get back in. This did not work. They came back and brought an expert and now drilled small holes from the outside (make sure my dog and I were away for a few hours), and exterminate from my bedroom to the wall, and back. They plugged up the holes, and told me to caulk all around the siding, which I did. They then checked with me twice a week for about three weeks to make sure I didn't have a problem, and I haven't. I have them now on an ongoing basis for pest control.
