Very well - very polite and very professional. I do recommend. One thing that was unique about them is they are paperless company and everything is online which can be kind of an hassle sometimes since they don't have an alternative. It worked out though and otherwise they provided excellent information and service.

It went great, John asked what our goal was, it wasn't something appraisers normally do but he did it and we appreciate it. Saved us a lot of headache and arguments.

John is the BEST. John arrived on time, answered all my questions and spent the time to measure and photograph the family home for the best possible appraisal. John also appraised the bonus house in our backyard for no extra charge! The appraisal report itself was outstanding-it included nine comparative sales values, covering not only Campbell, but also San Jose (we live right on the border). I would definitely recommend John to anybody looking for an appraisal to be done.

John was very responsive to my request for an appraisal and was able to work around my schedule. On the day of the appraisal he arrived on time and prepared. I was having work done in the yard on the same day. This did not phase John as he went through the appraisal process. He was even kind enough to take his shoes off when he came into the house so that he wouldn't track in any of the construction dust. I was very impressed with John's thoroughness and attention to detail. His pictures really made my house look great and I believe, contributed to a higher appraisal. The appraisal itself was delivered a day early and was extremely detailed. I would definitely use Paragon again.

All my contact was long distance, by phone and email. I was comfortable and confident in their credentials and preformance. The renter met the appraiser and it all went smoothly. Minor errors in the floor plan, but for this type of appraisal {**NOT** for lending} the floor plan is not the highest priority and not certified as a part of appraisal. But I'm still picky about the details, smile.

He was on time. He was very pleasant, cutreous, and professional. I like that he took his time when taking measurements and photos. He seemed very thoughtful about his work. Other appraisers were in such a hurry, so I appreciate the attention that Mr. Barnes paid to our home. He actually took pictures of the garden, which increased the overall value of the house.
