+ -1 moreMatt was very professional and thorough. He explained what he did to unplug and open up the furnace and filter for cleaning. He explained all the options we had for temperature settings throughout the day. He also told us about the maintenance account we could set up with Kelaire for regular cleaning. Kelaire would cancel the trip charge and offer the customer a $50 rebate with this maintenance account. We will be using Kelaire again in the future.
Description of Work: Matt spent about one and a half hour cleaning out the furnace, testing the temperatures at outlet points, and setting up the touchscreen control panel.

+ -1 moreI liked them. The guy who came to do the work was professional and friendly, and I felt comfortable about having him in my house. When he got up in the attic he found a hornet’s nest but he got rid of it for me; that is above and beyond!
