Description of Work: First, Creative Fencing replaced part of my back fence that had fallen down. The part they replaced look so good that I ask them to come back and replace the rest of the fence. Now, the whole back fence looks great.

Description of Work: A good, decent fencing company. The rating reflects this job. The reason I would not use them again is that they do not do the sealing. He said one of his employees does this as a side job and the guy sprayed sealant all over the garden and the house, windows, etc. What a mess. I told the owner of the company about it and he said he would do something about it, I presumed he would talk to his employee and have him come back and try to clean it up. Never heard from him again despite leaving a few messages.

Description of Work: Creative Wall & Fence recently built my rear fence and gate as well as replacing a front wrought iron gate and creating a redwood fence between brick pillars at the front of the property. Our location has an issue with wind - on occasion a significant issue. They were extremely helpful in identifying possible options for both type and construction methods to ensure the final structure met the need. Every aspect of our interactions was extremely positive, from 1st contact through completion. Not only are we ecstatic with the end result ( and that's not too strong a word ), but they went way over and beyond the commitment in several ways on their own initiative. Frankly, you rarely encounter companies anymore like this. Their professionalism, skills, and construction work was -outstanding-. If you need fencing, don't hesitate to give this company a call.
