carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreRobert was prompt, thorough and fast. He even left me with a bottle of spray cleaner in case of future stains and stated that if any stains should return, he would come back and reclean it without a charge. I've had my carpets cleaned by several companies in the past but have never had them look this good when they finished. I will definitely be calling him in the future.
Description of Work: Robert cleaned my living room, family room and a hallway.

carpet cleaners, wallpaper removal
 + 0 moreI had some painting done by someone recommended by the contractor who re-built my back staircase. The painter removed a sprinkler head. I'm sure to avoid stepping on it and breaking it. (He denied doing that) As a result when the sprinkler went on in the middle of the night, water poured into my basement, soaking my carpet. The contractor refused to accept any responsibility but did recommend World Class.
Description of Work: Rob McGhee came as soon as he could the day my basement flooded. I was so upset but he reassured me that he would restore basement carpet to the same condition before it was soaked. He worked at least 2 hours by himself, moving furniture, pulling back the carpet, removing the wet pad. Treated for mildew. He returned 2 days later with new pad, replaced the carpet over the new pad and cleaned the carpet. He was meticulous & thorough. He did a beautiful job. I had him come back a month later to clean the rest of my carpets When he returned to do the rest of my house he "went over" the basement carpeting again. Which he didn't have to do.
