Description of Work: The firm is remodeling my garage with a new storage floor and lighting plus cabinets. Insulating the ceiling and drywall is included. They are doing a great job.

 + -1 moreWe were in escrow to purchase and renovate a HUD home in Citrus Heights with a HomeStyle loan. We needed to hire a contractor estimates for about $35,000 worth of work and we needed the written estimate immediately to satisfy lender requirements. Michael Shattuck was referred to us by our Realtor so we made an appointment with him for his first possible opening. He arrived on time, spent a good amount of time with us, promised to have the estimate to us either that evening or the next day before noon, and then disappeared into thin air. Because our timeline was so tight, his lack of response to phone calls, texts and emails cost us this deal. While I worry that something dire might have happened to him, I am also highly disappointed in his lack of follow-through. We will not be contacting WISE Choice Construction for any work in the future.
