+ -1 moreWhat is it with these companies that spend the time to come to your home with the purpose of giving you an estimate, and then never get back to you with the estimate amount? Pure and simple BAD business practice. It's frustrating and I just don't understand how a business can expect to stay viable with this type of practice! I could never be comfortable to hire them now and expect that they will be reliable. It has been over a week, and I called them back twice to remind them about giving me an estimate and I received NO response. The estimator's name is Tim Buckingham. How pathetic!
Description of Work: Came out to give estimate for monthly yard care and to put in a new sod front lawn.

+ 0 moreI've had William's Yard Care taking care of my yards for 2 years. Part of the maintenance included trimming the hedges in my back yard. I have been asking for a year now to get the hedges trimmed and they are extremely tall now. Additionally I have had to call on occasion to indicate things that did not get done, such as trimming the front yard or trimming the back yard. I am not familiar with other companies so I've not had the opportunity to research.
Description of Work: Weekly lawn and yard maintenance. I thought this also included trimming the hedges. I've also asked to have sprinklers checked and currently have one that does not work correctly that has not been fixed. I was told Wednesday would be the day my service was to be completed but that has not been the case. Most weeks it's on Thursday and there have been occasions where they did not come at all.

+ -1 moreI HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME AND GET TO WORK RIGHT AWAY. I THINK THAT THEIR PRICES ARE FAIR.
Description of Work: THEY MOW MY YARD AND TRIM MY HEDGES AND ROSE BUSHES.
