Let me know they would be late due to heavy traffic. Worked efficiently when the arrived. Windows sparkling clean inside and out. Gutters cleaned and all downspout screens in place.

They were about the only company to work on 2 story houses. They washed windows inside and outside. Cleaned the screens and tracks. Very friendly and professional.

They probably weren't as clean as they could have been. The price was fine.

Shortly after placing the order through Angie's list Jenifer called me to schedule the appointment. I mentioned to her I have about 20 large windows and approximately 15 small to tiny windows. She told me not to worry about it that they will take care of it. She never mentioned any additional charges. On the day of the job she text me said the guys are at the house "you know you have extra windows and you know you wanted them done, so there is an additional cost of $160." (exact words) I texted her back but no reply. I called her but no answer. I paid the workers the additional $160 along with the initial $135 Angie's List advertisement. If you go through this company and if you speak with "Jenifer" please have her e-mail you in writing the total cost of the job. The workers were very thorough, professional and did a great job.

They did a fabulous job! Not only did they clean all of my windows inside and out, they also cleaned my sliding glass doors and a back door with small panes in it. The windows are so clean and look brand new. They brought out 3 crew members and were done in no time. I would definitely use them again! My mom let them in for me and she said she will use them for her own home.

Timely, professional, and great service

They did a fabulous job cleaning the windows and window sills. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves. The only issue I had was that they arrived at my home approximately two hours late.

The process was very well done. All the window sills were cleaned as well, and the screens were left very clean. 3 workmen from Walt's Window Washing came to the house with all the necessary equipment. They were very neat, with a minimal amount of dripping (not bad for a full house). They completed their work and asked me to inspect to assure I was pleased. This is the best window service I've had. Would definitely use again.

Our windows have never before looked this good! They even cleaned out the window sills. They arrived when they said they would. They made an error which was rectified, and they compensated me for the slight inconvenience to me. Jennifer was great to deal with on the phone. I hope to have them back next year!

Paul is great to work with. He and his partner did a great job and were fun to have around.

It went fairly well, but for the water spots, soap suds, especially the kitchen window that I have to look at everyday. I should have checked their work before they left. My bad. I wasn't even upset that they were way late. They did have the courtesy to contact me. I didn't appreciate their leaning the screens against the garage wall and hosing them down when their truck was right there to hold it up.
