Went very well, the two guys did a great job on the windows and screens and were very quick. I will definitely use them again and will refer them.

I was amazed at what a great job they did. They arrived exactly on time, even though I had changed the date and time due to a rainstorm which occurred on the first planned date. They did exactly the windows I most wanted done. I was particularly concerned about a window looking out from over my kitchen sink. It was covered by an outdoor screen and too high for me to reach myself. It hadn't been washed outdoors since I purchased my home 39 years ago!!! When I first took a look, I was standing about 20 feet away in a different room, and I thought maybe they'd forgotten to replace the screen and left the window open, because it looked so clear. When I walked up within about 5 feet, I could see that the screen had indeed been replaced and the window was closed. It was THAT perfectly clean and so was the screen. Their business card says they also do carpet cleaning, so I plan to use them for that later this year. And I will certainly use them again for windows and recommend them to anyone who asks. I also want to give special thanks to Mark Fotheringham who was the man I talked to both before they got started and after they finished. He was easy to communicate with and understood exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Mark! :-)

Mark and his helper was very prompt, called last night to make sure everything was a go. Called again this morning saying they would be here a little bit early. They did an awesome job. Very courteous, took shoes off before they came into the house. They double checked with us to make sure everything that we wanted was done to perfection.

These guys are really nice, thorough, and fair. My windows and screens look wonderful!

They scheduled their work to fit our schedule. They arrived at the time they said and were very professional and efficient. They completed the work in under 2 hours. They removed all screens and cleaned them. They had to deal with some hard to reach windows and some triangular windows and all were cleaned perfectly. They did a window count that was favorable to us (I thought they could have counted some windows as more than one or two but they did not. We can not say enough good things about their quality of work and will definitely use them again!

It went very well. I will hire again. Very nice brothers and you can't even tell the screens are on the windows they are so clean. Left no mess. Except for the clean windows, you wouldn't have known they were even there. My neighbors were bummed to miss the $109 deal.

They were right on time. Very professional and clean, making sure they did not track in any dirt or hit walls with the screens. They were friendly, courteous and efficient.

Walt called to see if they could come earlier than the scheduled time. It was OK with me. They were on time and very nice. All of the windows were cleaned on the inside and outside, tracks and screens were also cleaned. I don't think I've ever seen the windows look so clean. I would use this service again.

Went very well. I moved in this house August 2013 and finally decided I couldn't wait any longer to have them done. They were pretty dirty when I moved in and they did a great job..

It went very well and I was very ple ased. Even when doing the interior windows, they cleaned up the residue water and cleaned the entire window area including the sills.

Provider showed up on time and was very professional and businesslike, we walked the perimeter of the house and discussed the work to be done. Provider started work and worked expeditiously to complete the job. The quality of the work was excellent and I was very satisfied that it was an excellent value!!

The actual work went very well. Three generations of family members worked very efficiently to clean the entire duplex of windows and doors. They were very professional, very courteous, and worked very quickly. However, there was a huge problem with scheduling. When I telephoned two weeks before my order expired, Damaris indicated that they were so booked that they would not be able to do the work before the expiration date unless they had a cancellation and that after the expiration date the price would increase. As I wanted to use my Big Deal coupon, I contacted Angie's List and they were so wonderful and understood that the reason I bought the Big Deal was because I wanted to use it. I continued to check in with Walt's Window Washing Company many times by telephone to see if they had any cancellations before my Big Deal expired on May 23, 2013. There were no openings in their schedule. After the coupon expired, I telephoned the Company and asked if they were going to honor my Big Deal purchase. I wanted to give this company the opportunity to redeem themselves so that I would be spared the burden of submitting a negative review. Damaris was very helpful and scheduled the window cleaning appoinment for June 18, 2013. In all, I made a total of at least seven telephone calls to arrange for this work. However, the work that all four men did was great and I am very pleased!

They were okay. They were supposed to wash the interior and exterior of the windows, and I realized after they left, that they didn't clean the windows of one side of the house. We had purchased a big deal and they came out within the week. They were really nice guys, and I expected the screens and window sills to be cleaned as well, but they didn't clean those. I didn't ask them if they cleaned the screens and the sills, I just assumed they would and they didn't mention it as well. The job was okay for the price that we got. They were very responsive and they came right away.

A team of four arrived at the appointment time of 8:00 a.m. They had to remove 4 sunscreens from the outside of the windows in order to clean them. The screens were screwed into the cinder block brick so this was not an easy task. Mark Fotheringham was very friendly and professional. Everyone on the team worked quietly and efficiently. The job was completed in one hour. I am very satisfied with the work performed and highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I have mineral deposits etched into the glass on the windows that Walt's Window Washing Company couldn't get out but it couldn't be helped. If I realized that with mineral deposits it can't be washed off then I would have done it myself. I just thought with getting somebody professional in to do it then it would have been okay but it's something that can't be helped it seems.

They arrived - even took off they're shoes before entering, counted the windows to be cleaned and went to work. One person was did the outside of the windows + the other did the inside - VERY FAST + thoroughal - Great Job!

This was our first time using Walt's and we were impressed by their professionalism. The inside man wore booties to protect our carpet and floors, and was careful around our cats. All three workers were polite and clean in appearance and habits. They had all their own tools and supplies, etc. and the quality of the cleaned windows was first rate, with no streaks or drips next to the frames and all spots removed. Even the screens sparkle!

Walt's was great! Punctual, detail-oriented and fast. Our windows were filthy, after lots of rain, and dust, and pollen settling on the sills over the winter, but their three-person crew left them sparkling, inside and out in just an hour. I was also impressed with the courtesy they showed by taking off their shoes in the house and being careful with the window trim. I'll definitely use them again!

Service was not quite as good as last company but price (Angie's Deal) was better. Would not pay full price for service.

I spoke to the contact person who was very courteous over the phone. Unfortunately they could not honor The Deal because of their scheduling. they also did not mention in The Deal about the extra cost for double hung windows.

The team did mostly a good job on the wiindows. The screens looked good, but one screen frame was "tweaked" and installed incorrectly. The "tweak" will never come out of the frame. It doesn't fit properly and never will. My only solution is to have a new screen made. Nothing was said to me about the screen until I found it on my own when I opened the window a few days after they left.
