They did it very well and there were no disruptions to the house. They did the inside and the outside. It was very reasonable and acceptable.

I purchased the special deal from Angie's list. Scheduling was easy, arrival prompt, and service exceptional. Clean windows make for happy!

Walt's Window's contacted me via email after my purchase on Angie's List special. They asked for a list of convenient dates. They followed up with a phone call to confirm a specific date and time. They were very friendly and willing to work with my schedule. They called in advance to let me know they were running 10 minutes off schedule, which was a professional way to handle appointments. They counted the number of windows with me and gave me a description of what they would be doing (in or out of the house, screens, etc.). They were friendly and did a great job. The windows look great. We recommend them.

Everything went well. Even took advantage of their carpet cleaning service at the same time.

Jenifer was very responsive and personable by phone, even giving me the option to reschedule due to pending rain. I kept our original appointment. Mark and his partner arrived a bit late which is the only reason for rating punctuality as a B and everything else an A.. We were originally scheduled for 1:00. I was called around 11 and told they were running late from Auburn and our new eta was 2:00 ish. Their actual arrival was 3 pm and Mark explained they were caught in traffic and lunch exploded on Mark's clothes. Poor guy! Not to worry though...........they were very personable, professional, efficient, and quickly got the job well done and without a hassle. I recommend them without hesitation and plan to hire them back again. It's nice to have sparkling windows and for a very fair price. Thanks to all at Walt's Windows.

The entire experience with Walt's was one of the best I've had with an Angie's List provider. Here's why: I received an email from Walt's immediately after the purchase to schedule my service. When my requested times wouldn't work, they called me right away to schedule the service. The woman that called was extremely friendly and helpful. I got a call the day before my appointment to confirm. The crew, led by Mark, arrived on-time. They were friendly and quick, but thorough. They pointed out that one of my windows has a defect. They also wiped down some spider webs on the top story of my house upon my request.

They gave Very good service as were thorough, courteous and professional, taking shoes off to walk on my white caerpeting. They were very generous & counted my sliders as one window. They did my whole house (except for the 4 windows I am having replaced by another big deal)- both inside & outside. They were on time, removed the screens and thoroughly cleaned the windows, inside and out, wiped down all window sills. I highly recommend Walt's Window Washing Company and would definitely use them again.

After an initial scheduling mix-up, our appt. was rescheduled for one week later. The office manager and the owners themselves all left messages and followed up with me to make sure of our appt. I really appreciated that. Once they arrived, one gentlemen cleaned inside, one on the outside. They were nice, polite, and efficient. I never knew my windows could look so good. The carpet is several years old, but when they were done it looked brand new. Great job all around. One small negative to me, might be bigger to others. They do operate on "island time"! : )

Great. They were prompt (waiting when I got home half an hour before scheduled time), professional and personable.

Decided on Walt's based upon Angie's List reviews and happened to also note a coupon. They provided a reminder phone call the day before, and also provide a call when they were on their way to my house. They worked effectively with the other handyman I had on location, and also arrived in sequence so that the windows were done first and the carpet done later. The quality of the window washing was good but there were some corners of the sills which had some dirt remaining. The carpet cleaning was well done, with the carpet being dry in about 4 hours or less. Most importantly, the carpet still looks good with very little recurrance of previous stains even after 3 days of very heavy traffic. I would rated them a B on professionalism since they did not provide me an updated estimate after they counted the windows, and they did not have the ability to write an itemized receipt at completion of service.

Mark and his assistant did an excellent job. My windows and screens look great! And they finished the job in only about an hour - amazing! This job included 12 windows plus a set of French doors that had 30 individual panes.

I can't remember his name unfortunately. I was moving & a little on overload. But he was punctual, very polite, did not need direction. He was very efficient, polite, cheerful. He did an excellent job on the windows & the screens. He did interact with me but was not overly needy & talkative, which I really appreciated. I give them an A+.

All I can say is WOW! They did an amazing job and all our windows sparkle! I never knew what a difference super clean streak-free windows and screens could make. You don't realize how dirty they were until you see how clean they get. I definitely recommend and will use again when needed. Thank you!

I was very excited to have such a thorough and professional job done on the windows and screens. They were very generous by counting sliding doors and sets of windows as one and were able to do the whole house. Definitely, Walt's should be contacted if you need window washing.

The work and scheduling were both fine. I liked that they called to let me know that they were running about ten minutes behind. The only reason I would not use them again in the future is because they charge extra for my area.

I have used him in the past and saw the Angie's special for $109 for 25 windows. He did the upper story for $190. In the past the price was $350ish so it saved me a bit. I have called other window washers and the price quoted was $375.

Father and son first arrived starting the job. Brother arrived to help about half way through. Before they started the job, they confirmed the trip charge and price using the special they offered.

The guys were friendly and courteous. The only problem I had was that they neglected to clean a couple of windows and screens and I noticed just before they left so they cleaned one of the windows and neither screen, didn't want them to have to unpack their whole screen cleaning apparatus at that time. This is my only complaint, they could have been a bit more contientious, I don't like to have to go around after a worker and make sure the job gets done, I would rather just trust that the job gets done. I realize I am too nice but I don't think this is an unreasonable expectation.

Mark came for a brief overview of the job I needed (outside windows only but many more windows than the 'special' stated). He gave me the special deal anyway. Mark and his co-worker were punctual, worked together well for a quick and efficient job. When I learned his company also cleans carpets, I signed up for that job also due to the honesty, integrity and efficiency of this duo. Due to a difficult schedule with a friend losing her job and moving in for a time, they made it convenient for me to put off the carpet care. When the carpet day arrived they showed concern for my furniture and placed extra blocks under those pieces needing extra height off the carpet until dry. The price was very fair and I was more than satisfied with the results. I recommend them and will have them back in the future. (I especially liked the fact they are located in my area and try to keep my business needs filled close to home. Thank you, Angie's List! Margaret

Our experience with them went fine. That was our second time using that Big Deal. We did one last year too. I had a little bit extra because there were some more windows. They were timely and do a really good work. Two of them came out. They called me to tell me that they were fifteen minutes away because there was a one-hour window, and they were actually there right at the front of the window.
