great set up and organization, showed up on time, cheerful -- did a great job.

Coming to the end of the rainy season, I wanted nice clean windows that would stay that way for a while. Because some of them were quite tall from the outside, I couldn't do them myself. Mark, the owner of Walt's came and did a great job -- inside and out and cleaned the window screens. I highly recommend him, and I'll certainly use him again.

Arrived on time, quick work, good job. Very personable. Couldn't get the hard water off - but that's the way it goes :). At least the inside windows are better. Outside are better too - it's just hard water getting in the way :). Would be great if they had a deal to get the hard water off too :).

We purchased an Angie's List Deal for washing for 15 windows and one door and were very pleased. They took the screens off and washed the interior and exterior of every window. They arrived on time, were very fast, polite, and efficient. With the rain and wind in Sacramento, the window washing really made our house look great, you don't realize how clouded your view outside gets from dust and grime! The deal did not include screen washing, but when we asked about it when they were on site they said it was $1 a window, and we added it and they were able to do it really fast and for such a reasonable rate!

Mark Fotheringham was great - personable, hard-working, efficient. He and his partner washed 14 big windows and 1 sliding glass door. They had everything done within two hours while a lot of other work was going on in the house. All calcium stains were gone except for one window where the water had gotten in between the panes and that couldn't be fixed without replacing the window. Every other window and door they tackled ended up clean and clear. I would definitely hire this company again!

From start to finish I was very pleased. Walt's Windows contacted me quickly to schedule a day and time for cleaning. They were great about offering morning or afternoon appointments. The day scheduled they were running a little bit late but that is fine; they called me to tell me that they had a delay. When the two brothers arrived they were polite and got the job done nicely in a quick manner. I wopuld definately use them again.

They were professional, fast and did a great job. They were flexible on which windows I wanted done. They even offered a great deal on carpet cleaning when they left.

There were streaks. Walter before owned the business and it was fine and now some other people have it. We are not going to call them back again. They did the work when it was hot and it was sunny. It's really sunny in our backyard. There were streaks so we are not going to use them again. They were fine, the guys were fine but we are not going to use them again. Price; we had never used anybody else, we used them, so I'm not sure. Quality; I guess it wasn't very good. I don't really know. I mean we just didn't like the way the windows turned out so I don't know what else to say. Responsiveness; they came here when they were suppose to. Professionalism was fine. I would not use their services again in the future.

They were quite a bit later than their appointed time, however I was notified by Jennifer that they were running behind because of their first job of the day. When they arrived they were apologetic. We went over the work I wanted them to do, and they were very gracious in agreeing to do more power washing than I'd originally requested. They were mindful of my inside window treatments. In the afternoon the weather became cold and alternated between torrential rain, and patches of sun. One of the brothers had to leave to do another job, Paul stayed behind and completed the work alone, in the cold and rain! He then returned later in the week to touch up windows that were directly hit by rainfall. If I could fault them at all, it would be that they maybe took on too many jobs in one day... having said that, they did good work, at a more than fair price. (They were very fair about pricing the add on work). I would call them again.

The company was very effective and efficient. It took a big crew to do this job because of the amount of windows and because most of them were very high so they had to climb up to the ceiling. They took the windows down, cleaned them inside and out and then put them back on top. They used chemicals to do most of the cleaning and did a very good job. They were very friendly and did a fairly quick job.
