Description of Work: Cleaned 20 windows, inside and out plus some screens. Rinsing the screens with water only did not clean them very well but the windows look GREAT.

Hello [member name remove] I am sorry that the screens did not look 100%. We actually use a screen cleaner that has brushes on it as well as soap to wash the screens thoroughly so I am sorry about that. Hopefully you will hire us again and we can take a look at them next time!

Also they don't have much on them other then the equipment to use so with marking up the walls is not a good thing. I will be sure to let the owners know and keep this in mind for future clients. Description of Work: They did an awesome job! There were several deals on Angieslist from several Co's. I kept putting off purchasing window cleaning. When I did Walt had just added their deal. They called the day of service to inform me they were running late. I appreciate keeping me informed. And sometimes things happen, its you handle it that will make or break a deal. They were professional, clean, and did a great job. I Glad I chose Walt's and will use again as the need arises. I can only comment on them but you will be Glad you used them. 21 windows including gable windows, cleaned inside and out, very small charge for sliding glass door(which all co's charge for)and less than I expected.

Description of Work: Called provider 2-3 weeks before coupon expired to make an appointment. They told me they were booked up and wouldn't have anything until after the expiration date. They then told me they would honor the $79 but I would have to pay the difference of the regular service after May 23. I thought if you called before the expiration date they would honor it but no so. I am requesting a refund.
