+ -1 moreThe bait box solution did the trick and reduced the rat population in our back yard very quickly. However, the issue is with the technician, who happens to be the owner. I was home during his most recent service visit. After he completed the bait box maintenance, I heard water running in my front yard. I opened my front door only to discover him using my water hose (connected to my house) to fill three VERY large plastic containers. When I asked what he was doing, he stated he was filling the containers so he could mix chemicals for use on his other service appointments that day! And he continued to fill all three containers while I stood there watching! He also said that he lived very close by...(so why didn't he fill the containers at HIS house?) Did he at any time ask permission to use our water? No. We are on a city water system and have to pay for water based on usage. I canceled our service the same day.
