great. Jesus was helpful and explained the entire process while dealing with the manufacturer and getting our parts ordered for us under warranty.

The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. I am very happy with their performance. They may not be the cheapest on the block but it was all worthed and you only have to do that once in your lifetime.

The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated.

We called and ask for them to come out and give us a bid for the job. They said the first opening they had in their schedule was a month out. I told the I hoped to have the job completed before then, so after I found somebody else to get the job done, I called and canceled the appointment.

On Aug 1, 2020 Service Champions installed a new Lennox AC, new Lennox furnace and an iComfort thermostat in my mobile home...the install tech did NOT build the furnace together correctly or install it correctly. Instead of cooling my house, cold air comes out of the furnace. Over a 1 1/2 months have gone by and they have been out numerous times to try to "fix" a new furnace and the problem persists to this day. I have contacted this company at LEAST 27 times from Aug 1, 2020 to Sept 18, 2020 about the defective furnace, to no avail. On Sept 17, 2020 I was told by Service Champion's salesperson Chris Connolly that Service Champion's General Manager would NOT refund me the $14, 300.00 I paid to have a new AC, furnace and thermostat installed CORRECTLY. I am now taking action....

Badly. My heater got 3 parts replaced and it still didn't work. I had 5 visits from technicians. When I called to set the first appointment I told them I needed the tech to talk to my home warranty company. The customer rep said no problem. But most of the techs refuse to talk to them. The calls frequently drop when we are trying to make contact. So I am getting reimbursed $299 for a $480 bill. They refuse to replace my heater because 1 tech mentioned rust. I had a subsequent tech out to write a different evaluation not mentioning rust. I have had 3 different techs here so there is no continuity of care.

They are excellent and we've used them for a yaer now.

We were very happy with the work, we've been working with them for a long time, they were consistently good, I would highly recommend them. The pricing was very competitive also.

David hit some problems with the equipment but he took the time and effort to make sure everything was running correctly. Caught a potential fire hazard and repaired it as well as ordered replacement part . Will look forward to having him replace the part with his usual professional work.

Great, I have a brand new house and new system. I got more out of Service Champions in a few hours than I got out of the company that installed it 1 1/2 - 2 years ago and got paid a large sum of money.

Just had the initial diagnostic visit. I was given terrible news (I'll probably end up getting a new furnace $$$), but the technician Ricky was wonderful. He was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. He did a very thorough inspection and then gave me a very thorough explanation of the problems. This included photos he took on the spot of some internal parts (oil leakage, heavy dust & dirt, stress markings).... at no point did I feel like I couldn't trust what he was telling or showing me. He answered every question I had. He went into the "attic" of my Eichler to check the ductwork (via a 14" hole in the closet ceiling, into space so shallow and tight I have no idea how the ductwork was ever even installed), and came out with photos to show me. The company was easy to work with when I had to change appointments, sent me email and text confirmations of everything, and gave me a day-before reminder of the appointment. I had an 8a- 11a window and received a text at 7:50a letting me know the technician was on his way, with a photo of him included. Perfect, perfect, perfect. The visit was $89 but reduced to $39 because I signed up for the MVP membership: $107 for a year which gets me all kinds of free services plus discounts on everything else. It even includes services on my water heater which they did not install! Additionally, they have some really good guarantees, MVP or not. Before leaving he called the office, explained all he'd found, and handed me the phone to set up an appointment with a "comfort specialist". Ariel (on the phone) was also extremely polite, professional, and friendly. These people are trained right! Or they're hiring very well. So, I will be meeting with someone to discuss repairs vs. replacement options. No repair work has been done yet (although Ricky did do a temporary fix that is allowing me to get some heat), so I can't fully review the company. But thus far I'm 100% pleased. This is probably the best experience I've ever had with any kind of repair technician. I've never used them before and have also never written a review before. The experience was just that good. I'll write another when I've finished with them just to give a full review, but so far perfect!

It started with one problem but after he did a complete inspection we found that there's a a lot more to be done. He went above and beyond.

Great! Eddie was excellent and let me know what he found with my system as he went along. I have a maintenance agreement with Service Champions and am very pleased. Eddie is thoughtful and kind and hope to have him return in the spring for the summer checkup.

The technician arrived promptly, cleaned and inspected the furnaces with minimal supervision and left the site clean. He explained the results of the inspection clearly, and emailed photos for reference. He offered to replace one furnace but wasn't pushy about it.

I was “wow’d” by the technician, Steve. As a homeowner I’ve had equipment serviced regularly over the years, and a lot of the time I’m happy with the work that is performed by the various companies we’ve used. I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone take as much pride in their work as Steve did during his inspection today. It was honestly as if he was inspecting his own home. Our furnace is old (which we were aware of), but we didn’t realize how potentially hazardous it was for us to continue using it. Our home is important to us, and so is the safety of our family. Steve from Service Champions took the time to map out our options and we look forward to keeping our home safe and happy for years to come. Thank you!!!

The appointment was for between 8-11. The techs showed promptly at 8. They were very professional and explained everything. They replaced my old heater, AC and added zone control. It was not just a remove and replace as modifications had to be made. The instillation was very neat and the job site completely cleaned up before they left. The job was completed in one day and I was extremely satisfied.

Excellent service and Matt was not only thorough, but clear in discussing his evaluation of my heating system.
