The pressure from the outside AC unit to the coil in the attic by the furnace was insufficient to run the AC. The leak was in an inner wall and could not be repaired. They had to run an outside line, drill into the house and connect from the AC to the attic coil. They did a great job and the outside lines were covered with a silver collar. Tough job but very well done.

Very knowledgable, courteous and friendly technician- Donald P. I felt confident with his work and I learned a lot about our air/heating unit. I would definiately hire this company again and have actually signed up for their MVP maintenance program as our home is a rental and I want to make sure the air and heating is working for our tenants. Having very good technicians who know what they are doing and courteous too is such a great experience in the service industry. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent. I have used this company for annual maintenance in the past, and they just completed a full replacement of my heating/air system and ducts. Historically, the technicians have always been on time, professional and knowledgeable. My 16 year old system was not working correctly, so, I had the tech come out to check it out. It was having electrical/board issues (end of life), so, a sales person came to go over options. There was no hard sell. He wanted to know how I used my system, heating preferences, fan usage, etc. We reviewed the various models and selected the one that would meet my needs and my budget. For installation, I had a full team (approx 6 people) to complete the installation and duct work. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. The team manager checked in several times during the day to make sure everything was going well. Even the sales person stopped in to make sure everything was going as planned. We have insulation in our attack so they had to be careful to minimize the mess. They did and vacuumed the work areas before they left. Overall I am very satisfied with the sales and installation process. I plan to continue using them for annual maintenance and highly recommend them.

Great. Very professional. i have used them before and would highly recommend them. Rubin, the service representative took pictures of all the parts of the AC and heating systems and e planned where needed repairs or parts replacements may be necessary. Gave the system a good cleanup and completed required maintenance. As to price, I think this is around $100 for a visit in the spring and another one in the fall.

Service Champions might be a little more expensive than other HVAC companies, but their professionalism, responsiveness, work quality, appointment punctuality offset price considerations. That is why we maintain a service contract with them. We had an AC problem last summer during one of Sacramento's hot spells and we received expedited service because we were service members. Worth it!

He was great I have four dogs and he had to be in and out of the house he was very patient with all the situation of me putting the dogs in and out of the house I am on 71 and I have difficulty breathing and getting around
