Service Champions is the leading heating and air conditioning contractor in Northern California servicing homeowners in East Bay, South Bay and Sacramento areas. We can make your home more comfortable and improve the quality of air you and your family breathe. We specialize in maintenance, repair and sales of all brands of air conditioners and heaters, and are experts in indoor air quality improvement through filtration, duct replacement, insulation and hospital grade UV lights. All the air conditioners we install have the new environmentally friendly refrigerant that does not damage the ozone. We also are huge proponents of super high efficient equipment, such as 95% efficient furnaces. This equipment saves homeowners a tremendous amount of money on their utility bills.

Description of Work: From the start, the man that provided the estimate was great. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. He returned calls promptly; got the install scheduled INCLUDING THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS done over the phone from my home. The installers were also very polite, professional and on time. The "special instructions" that I referred to earlier were very important to me. My previous air conditioner had to be replaced because the unit had not been properly installed. The foundation was not properly prepared and thus the unit settled and became very off balance. Because of this, I was adamant that the foundation under the unit first have gravel put down and then the base/foundation piece When the installers were done, (I wish that I would have asked earlier but felt that they were so professional and it had been written on the work-order

Excellent work by the employee.
Description of Work: Our Air Conditioner broke down during the summer. We called service champions right away since we used them before. They came out the next day and did a thorough inspection of our system. They replaced parts and had the system up and running in about 4 hours. The employee was professional and answered every question I had. He explained everything as he was making the repairs. I will use them again in a heartbeat if the need arises. .
