Description of Work: I was told the furnace company no longer was in business and I should get a new furnace

Description of Work: I purchased the special Angie's List package deal. This was a multi faceted HVAC check up. The folks at Service Champions completed all of the adjustments and inspections as promised. They were professional, thorough, and courteous. When they described the condition of my system and the life expectancy of the various components, they gave me options and explained the costs. They are not inexpensive but in the end you will get the right product and the confidence of knowing the job was done right.

Description of Work: Service person was unaware of tasks included in the Angie's list document I showed him. He called up his supervisor who advised him not to do the job since it may cause problems with the water heater. No work was don't except for a brief look at the bottom of the water tank, which indicated some small leaks. I didn't even ask him to look at the furnace which was suppose to be part of the inspection. I did get a prompt refund from Angie's list.

Description of Work: Furnace Tune up and Blower cleaning

Description of Work: "They called and scheduled a time for a furnace tune-up that would fit my schedule. The day before the appointment they called with a reminder, then called about 30 minutes before the technician, Chris, showed up at my house. The technician was thorough and professional. He came out at key times to point out the state of components of the heating system. At the end he tested everything and cleaned up thoroughly."

Description of Work: The 22-year-old furnace in my house needed replacement. They replaced it and refit the "plumbing" for the furnace and air conditioner.

Description of Work: He performed a 21 pt inspection. He informed of us the parts that may have potential problems. He also explained that our return is half the size it should be and that was the problem of the clunk, clunk noise when the furnace turned off. I would use this company again.
