The original installation was canceled d/t improper pre-install evaluation. I live in a mobile home with an older breaker and electrical system. I needed to call a certified electrician to get my breakers updated for this 220 volt 20 amp AC, mini-cube installation. I had to trouble-shoot this on my own and was fortunate to get Jason, owner of Pacific West Electric to work on my system before my AC install could be performed. Service Champions needs a licensed/ certified Electrician on call since ALL of their installations involve working with a great variety of electrical systems. Otherwise my installation went smoothly and I am very pleased with my new AC Mini Cube by Daiken.

It went well and it wasn't expensive. That said, the person who came out convinced my husband to buy a service plan that cost far more than he thought it did. He thought it was a additional $300 for the year now they are charging us a further $27 per month. The salesman was deliberately unclear about the cost and my husband, a senior, was taken in by this scheme. We will continue to call them to get out money's worth but I am extremely unhappy with the sales job that was done.

Excellent. Tech and Services are commendable. They leave you feeling that you got your money's worth (which, by the way is at an acceptable rate). Affordable Monthly Service Contract. I would refer anyone to this business at any time.

Tried to sell me a new system even though my current system only needed a small charge. They said $500 for a recharge and I had a competitor do it for under $200 and my system is working perfectly. They also quoted double what the competition quoted to replace the system. If you choose this company make sure to get other quotes before having them do the work.

Service Champions did the original installation a year ago and performed the annual service today. The service went very well. Very professional with clear, step by step explanations of the process and the results. Excellent work.

Fantastic job. He also fixed a leak in one of the pipes and installed something to help our current unit last longer.

Dakota was punctual, technically competent, congenial and efficient. He provided thorough and efficient servicing while providing valuable explanations of the AC system components and functions.

I received all the answers to questions I asked, but unfortunately I will have to replace the air conditioning unit. The forced air heating system may be operational for a few more years.

I had such a good experience with Service Professionals that I signed up for their maintenance plan. They will call me and schedule when it’s time for another check up and also be available within 24 hours if something goes wrong with my 20 plus year old AC units. Thank you Tim!

I was very satisfied by the technician Blake's work. He was very polite and hardworking throughout the entire service duration. He explained the test results and recommendations clearly.

The work was performed very well and I am highly satisfied with the price and professionalism.

Not only did he tune it up but he showed me where my install had some serious code violations with fuse being the wrong amperage. Wiring to main box went through two fuse boxes. Emergency water backup line not installed. Water exhaust vent had open end that allowed some of the exhaust to vent into the closet. This guy was sharp. Caleb. How much better can it get than that.
