Description of Work: I have a monthly plan with them-- this visit was one of my bi-annual check/ups on my units. They installed and arranged financing on both units for me in the past year. I have worked with this company for several years --they are wonderful--highly recommend them & their service plan!😊

Description of Work: inspection of newly installed heating/air conditioning system. However, I'm still waiting for paperwork from Service Champions which I must have before I can schedule a final inspection by the county.

Description of Work: Service Champions did an audit of my heater, airconditioner and water heater to make sure everything was ok. They also looked for major leaks around ductwork. I was happy they came because they found a little gas leak. I signed up for their service and they came back and helped to install my Nest thermostat, which was important because they found some issues with how my air conditioner was set up on the wires. They fixed that, the gas leak, and were informative on other issues. I would definitely hire them again and I signed up for their contract service and have recommended them to friends already.

Description of Work: Last year Service Champion came to tune up my furnace and wound up convincing me that I needed all new ducts. Cost $3,000.00. This year they came to tune up my furnace and said a new part that was needed was expensive and could they not guarantee how long it would work. Said costwise I should get a new furnace. Paid $4,000.00. So far it works well.

Description of Work: On the initial $59 tune up, my heater was found to have several major problems, including faulty initial instillation and we decided it would be better in the long run to invest in a new heater. Sean came back a few days later and gave a very pro presentation discussing our options and relative pricing and financing arrangements. We ultimately decided on an upgraded heater and air conditioning system that was more efficient than our originals and could be run off our solar panels. For getting both systems we got an additional percentage off the price and a relatively painless financing plan. On the day of installation, they were on time, professional, courteous and very efficient. They installed our heating and central air in under 5 hours and on the subsequent city inspection even the inspector was impressed with their work. We were very satisfied.

Description of Work: It was good to get maintenance done and find out the condition of my current HVAC. I didn't go with them for a new HVAC but it helped me make that decision.

Description of Work: cleaned and inspected gas furnace. Went well, but they only did visual inspection of heat exchanger. I was hoping for some more scientific method of verifying that there was no leakage of exhaust products into house air.

Description of Work: The technician gave my furnace a 21-point tune-up and washed off the 2 filters. I'd already had this service scheduled because they'd installed my furnace and ductwork in 2014. Buying the Angie's List offer then gave me a better price for the service I'd already scheduled!
