When I called with the news that my furnace had broken down and was smelling like an electrical fire. They had a serviceman out within 2 hours. Once the man came--looking and behaving very professionally, with a company logo on his shirt for easy identification he put plastic covers over his shoes before entering the house. He was very polite and asked several questions while looking at the furnace itself. He discovered the "panel" had burned up but COULD be replaced if I wished. At no time did he try to sell me a new furnace. I asked several questions and I decided--considering its age-- to get a new furnace. He did some paperwork with me to begin the process. We set up a convenient time-two days later. The company called to alert me they were on their way that morning. The phone staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The work was done well and clean up was excellent. They explained PG&E rebates and even called later to see that all was well

They keep calling me if I need more service. The follow up calls are annoying. The check up was thorough and they did a good job when they were here. Showed up on time.

The technician was very professional, and he showed up right when he was supposed to. I appreciate how they give you feedback on what's going on with the system and I like their pricing as well.

They came at the end of the window time frame that they gave rather than the beginning. They did very good with no problems and the ducts have been working great. They also did very good at working with our schedule.

I continue to be very impressed with this company on many fronts. They always use booties when they enter your home, and are very careful to be respectful of your property. The technician was, as usual, very courteous and helpful when I asked questions. They are well dressed, clean, and do not use profanity at any time. The final report was very detailed, and gave me a good idea of the state of my total system, and the areas that needed work. I always felt that he was being honest and truthful in his statements to me. However, during the out-brief, I did at times feel as if the whole point of the really cheap deal was to get me to purchase very expensive additional work, namely a cleaning and sealing of my duct system. That's not necessarily bad, since the company has to have business to continue to exist, and I agreed with the overall assessment, but it just was a little unsettling. Overall, I was very pleased with the work done and the price to do it.

They explained every detail of the work to us. I will be using them again.

They only reason I wouldn't use them again in the future would be from appearance the installation of the furnace.

I was very impressed at the professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness of the inspection and the technician's high level of customer service. I know that my small investment will save a lot of money and future headaches. I was so impressed, in fact, that I joined Service Champion's maintenance program.

My experience started off rough but ended up fine. I made my first appointment for 5:30 PM, but when no one showed up by 6:00, I called to discover that there was no record of my appointment. This was quite frustrating, but the company was very apologetic and waived the $69 diagnostic fee. My next appointment was made for the next afternoon, and a company rep. called to let me know when the technician was on the way. His arrival was prompt, and I was very satisfied with my experience. My ratings are based on just the second appointment. Obviously, ratings would be somewhat lower if I took the missed appointment into account. Hopefully, this was a rare occurrence!

We asked for information from Comerford's because our mother was elderly and suffering from dementia. She did not understand any of the problems with the heater or the costs involved. We feel that this company fully took advantage of my mother's lack of understanding and mental condition. They were preparing to install a new heater when we telephoned her and cancelled the order. The existing heater is a 10 year old Trane, top of the line product with an expected life of 30 years.

It was a good job. The workers were well-trained & knew what they were doing. They brought meters to make adjustments to the heater. I was very happy with their work. I had a 2-year warranty included for yearly check-ups or any other problems that may come up. I felt very comfortable doing business with them.

They come into my home once a month for duct cleaning. They are very easy to get an appointment with and do the work quickly. This is a very professional company who care about the work that they do. I do have a contract with them and they stand behind there cleaning. If you are not pleased with their work you can call them back and they will come back.

They are a very polite and courteous company. They are always on time and know what they are doing. I have had no problems with their work. I am rather impressed on how quick that they get the job done. They had made sure that all the dust out of the duct work was cleaned out and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

It was a great job and they were professional and they have a good warranty. I haven't had any problems with the furnace and the workers were professional, courteous, polite and honest. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again too.

THEY HAD TROUBLE COORDINATING THEIR WORK SCHEDULES WITH THE DIFFERENT MEN NEEDED FOR THE JOB. ONCE EVERYTHING WAS INSTALLED AND PAID FOR, THEY WERE TO DO A YEARLY CHECK UP. I MADE THE APPOINTMENT, BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.

THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB. THERE WAS NO MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP AFTER. THEY SWEPT THE OVERHEAD VENTS, TAPED UP THE PIPES THAT HAD BECOME LOOSE UNDER THE HOUSE AND CHANGED THE FILTERS.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, CLEAN, AND FRIENDLY. HE WAS THOROUGH IN HIS CLEANING, AND EXPLAINED THE VARIOUS PARTS, AND ANYTHING OF CONCERN.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO CALLS. THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EAGER TO PLEASE. THEY CHANGED FILTERS AND CHECKED AIR DUCTS. MADE SURE NO PROBLEMS EXISTED BEFORE START UP.

SERVICE CHAMPION ALWAYS PROVIDES EXCELLENT SERVICE. WE HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM WHERE THEY PROVIDE ANNUAL TUNE-UPS ON BOTH OUR HEATING AND A/C UNITS, SO THE DUCT REPLACEMENT EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY STARTED AND COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME, AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT.

They did a real good job. We had a contract with them to come out yearly to check both of them out. My husband got real sick, and there was a miscommunication on when they were supposed to come out once, but they did end up coming out. There was a leak and

THIS COMPANY WAS LATE FOR OUR APPOINTMENT. FOUND OUT THE STAT THEY INSTALLED WAS NOT THE ONE WE PAID FOR. THEY INSTALLED A CHEAP ONE NOT THE ONE THEY CHARGED US FOR. UPON TALKING WITH THEM ABOUT THE OVER CHARGE ON THE STAT THEY DID REFUND US HALF OF THE COST.

THEY SEND A REMINDER NOTICE EVERY SIX MONTHS. THIS REMINDER PROMPTS ME TO SCHEDULE THEIR SERVICE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT, AND PROFESSIONAL WITH A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR.

SERVICE CHAMPIONS WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND TESTED THE SYSTEM BEFORE LEAVING.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO OUR CALLS. HE WAS ON TIME AND HARD WORKING. THE MAN KNEW A LOT ABOUT THE JOB HE WAS DOING. HE WAS HELPFUL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

COMERFORDS IS A VERY RELIABLE SERVICE. THEY PERFORM THE WORK ON TIME, THEIR STAFF IS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THEY NEGOTIATED A GOOD PRICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
