We have a contract with them where they come out and service our air conditioner and furnace every 6 months. They are prompt. They have done several repairs on our furnace. They are really a top notch company, and I would certainly recommend. The only thing that has me skeptical about them, is that they are always trying to sell us an air conditioner and furnace, but I felt it wasn't time yet. We bought one but from another company which was giving us a bigger discount, but I will continue using them to service my heater and air conditioner. They are really reasonable.

We have an annual service contract with Service Champion where they come out and service our ac and heating twice a year. If I don't remember to call them they will call me for an appointment to come out and clean and service our units. they do a great job, very prompt and very courteous and thorough. They were excellent across the board. They do all our plumbing now. They worked real hard to get the part. The part was $500. The part wasn't something that anybody had in stock so they had to investigate where they could get it from and how to get it shipped. They are a good company to work with and their follow up is very good. Sometimes you have to go through the pecking order in the office to find the good person. I had people calling and telling me that they were coming. I have stopped using my former company and I am using them. Their pricing is high but they do very good work. The quality is good.

Joined them over a year ago because I have aging heating and air conditioning systems. I'm pleased to be a member because the air goes out on the hottest days and the heat goes out on the coldest. I get routine system checks and for a small monthly fee get preferred repair rates and preferred scheduling. So far so good!

They check everything in the heating and air conditioner . They found asbestos in the piping/vents for the heater and got a company to remove it for us. Then came back the next day and replace the vents and some duct work. It was a big relief off of us.

They replaced my antiquated air conditioner in 2006. Since then, I have had a maintenance contract, and they come out twice a year to service my heating and AC at no extra charge. On a few occasions I have had to call for an additional service visit and the charge has been nominal of none at all. The service techs wear uniforms, and are professional and courteous. For the most part they have arrived during the time window given, and I appreciate that they give me a phone call when they're on their way so I can kennel my dog. Office personnel are always friendly and helpful.

Service Champions calls to set up the annual review dat a could weeks in advance. their personnel are always prompt, courteous and professional. They document any problems they discover by digital photograph and discuss what they have found with me. They make proposals for repairs; I never feel pressured to have the work done right away. I'm comfortable if I decide to teethe I'm not going to have the work done right away. If I choose to have repair work done, it is done promptly, professionally and in accordance with their estimate. If something unexpected comes up, they always explain what it is, how it was missed at the annual inspection and explain what any additional charges will be. I look forward to their visit every springs I know my heating and air conditioning are in good hands. I am confident that I will have no trouble with the system for the rest of the year.

A different technician was here each time and both were very pleasant and helpful.

I had been paying about $10 each month for a service contract. It was a mistake. The representative was OK but I got the strong impression he was more interested in getting me to buy a new system costing about $10,000 than in making my current system run at its optimum. This was probably because his supervisor is pushing reps to sell, sell, sell. Every time I said no, he tried another tact. The rep logically said it was better to replace system before I actually needed it. This might be true, but I want to postpone spending so much money as long as possible. I cancelled my monthly service and called another vendor. I know my system is kind of old. Even though Service Champions is probably competent, I will probably call another vendor when I need a new system. I've lived in my condo 11 years, and 9 years ago another vendor was insistent I buy a new system at that time. Another vendor came and fixed a leak for about $350, and things have been fine ever since.

They are always thorough. The best thing is their employees. They call to confirm appointments, call you again within 15-30 minutes of arrival, arrive on-time, always use foot booties in the house and are always courteous. And their technicians are always clean cut and well groomed - no tattoos (at least none that show).

Quick and efficient installation, required installation of new venting in garage, which was done without a hitch. Their silver maintenance plan has worked out well to keep the system in top shape.
