Very very well. They cleaned and adjusted our ducts, analysed the health of our system, and clearly explained everything that they did. The cost redl3cted below is the cost of our annual contract.

We used them to service our AC unit and knew it was only a matter of time before we would have to replace our system. After the maintenance service they scheduled an appointment to come out and talk about our options and our rep was able to break it all down and assist us with State programs to help pay for the system.

It went well. The Technician identified fixed a failing part and identified a design flaw with my main vents. He made a referral for a review of the vent system.

We have used Service Champions on and off over the years, in a couple of different houses. A year ago they installed a new HVAC system and water heater in our home. The annual contract that came with the installation expires this month and I had decided not to renew it, because what can go wrong with a newer HVAC system, right? Today the smoke alarm at the top most point of our vaulted ceiling started beeping driving our dog to want out of the house. My wife refused to let her 86 year old husband climb our ladder to remove it. Even though our dilemma had nothing to do with the HVAC, Service Champions came to the rescue and within 4 hours. Needless to say I will be renewing my contract.

Great! Wonderful services and informed technician who was super nice and instructive as he worked! I am on their monthly payment plan and regular service inspection that cover regular period service.

Did a thorough job in a professional manner

Steve arrived on time as promised in the email sent 30 minutes prior to scheduled window time. He identified himself, put red shoe covers over his shoes before entering our home. He reviewed the work needing to be completed and asked if there was anything else he could do for us. After completing the work he reminded us that since we have a service contract we can call anytime for furnace filter cleaning. A techinician will come out, no charge, and do this maintaince for us as well do a check of our heating and a.c. while the cleaned air filter dries. I was impressed with his professionalism and courtesy.

Did annual maintenance and changed out hepa filter. Checked flue in attic. Also, showed me how to shut off air con system outside in the event of an emergency. I pay a monthly nominal fee so the annual maintenance is already paid.
