No one showed up for the appointment. I have emailed to ask for a refund but have not received a response. I want my money back.

Service Champions was fantastic. Easy to schedule; good reminders and follow up. Tech spent 3 hours doing diagnostic and test work on both ACs and two furnaces that pull through the air. Was beyond thorough, neat, courteous. Didn't try and sell me on more services or parts. An unbelievable deal at $59 per unit and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Outstanding customer service from the time I called to make an appointment to the service rep who came to do the work. He was on time and had called 30 minute prior to arriving. He clearly explained to me things he found that needed some attention. He was extremely thorough, friendly, and knowledgable. I highly recommend them.

Both technicians get 5 stars from me. Not only for being knowledgeable and their good quality of work. But also for providing honest feedback, being professional and very friendly.

Our HVAC system is over 15 years old so we were not surprised when Sean's inspection confirmed our suspicions that it would be better to replace than do a band-aid type fix to our system. However, Sean also told us it would be a bit more difficult because of the presence of asbestos around our ducts (which had previously been removed so we're not sure what he was talking about). Bottom line, a quote for over $22,000 was provided without him even performing a load calculation to help determine the type of system we would need. He also quoted us over $6500 for new ducts under our house. Our house is only 1500 square feet so I found that a little outrageous as well. When I told him I wanted to collect other bids, he continued to try and sell us on their system. After an hour of debating, he finally left. We have since hired another contractor for our HVAC needs, one who was able to provide us with an even higher level of service, quality and design for half the price.

This was a $59 big deal purchase and it went just fine. They gave me an estimate in case I wanted to upgrade. They also made some suggestions regarding some maintenance items. They were very professional. They are a full service company which means they are not particularly a discount company, but I felt that if I needed some quality work done I would not hesitate to have them do it. I would also expect to pay a premium for it, but I would know that it was done right and I would know that it would be guaranteed.

Daniel was our our service guy from Service Champions. He was great and patient and thorough. Great experience. We had a mix up with the $50 gift card but they fixed it. Also a mention for Alicia who helped with the customer service, Thanks!!! She was great too. Yes, I would use this place again! Thank you all!!

Technician Chris came out, on time, courteous, did everything he said he would. Explained everything. Efficient and great. Offered useful other ideas, and offered a future service plan. Great job on every front!

It was very thorough and complete.

Service Champions provided excellent service and the lowest price. They were great at providing me all the information and helping me chose the best Furnace and AC. They did not try to up sell me any product and truly wanted to give me what was best for us.

It was okay. It was fine. I think their technician wasn't as qualified as I would have liked to have. I couldn't tell what he did.

2nd time I hsve used them. They are very knowledgeable and thorough.

The techs were polite and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and were very neat and respectful of the home. They cleaned up after themselves. When one of them asked if I needed assistance with anything while they were here, I jokingly said, "You can assemble my grandson's bike for Christmas, if you'd like." And he did! That's definitely going above and beyond.

The representative was courteous, professional, spent a significant amount of time trying to sell us a new furnace and never quote the price to fix the Air. They may do an excellent job of a full replacement, but not impressed with their listening skills

The service was excellent. All pricing and options were explained clearly. The work was done quickly and competently. I especially like that he does background checks on all of his service employees. I found them to be friendly, capable and trustworthy. I had my air conditioner replaced about 10 years ago and it had never cooled the entire house properly and rusted out from the bottom requiring replacement. Kevin, the owner, explained the reason, solved the problem and now I need to wear a sweater in the house if I keep the air conditioner on too long. I couldn't be happier!!

I had actually called in to schedule an appointment for air duct cleaning. The rep that answered the phone said that they would actually start with a furnace tune up which would cost $88 and then inspect air duct and provide an estimate. Anytime anyone tries to sell me something that wasn't something that I had called in for makes me question their intent. When I said I would call back she offered a $10 discount if I scheduled the appt. same day. I hung up but called back as I thought I needed a furnace tune-up anyways. The rep recognized me and gave me the $10 discount. Appointment was set up for next day - which I was thrilled with as I originially was thinking could be a few days so it was nice that they were able to schedule me quickly. Michael was the technician that came in. He arrived within the 2hour window that was given. They actually called me to let me know that he would arrive within 30 to 45 min ... So the advance notice call was very nice and I always appreciate that. Michael was very professional and courteous. He asked me a lot of questions to understand the situation and if there were any issues and things that I wanted him to address or assess. During that initial conversation with Michael I learnt that they do not do air duct cleaning. This was extremely disappointing as that was the main reason I had called them in the first place. He was very apologetic about it. But obviously it was not his fault and the rep that helped with the appt. should have disclosed that at that time. I almost wanted to turn him away but went ahead and had him do the furnace tune up. He inspected the vents for proper temps, the filters and even cleaned one of them. He took pictures of the work that he did on the furnace and explained all the work that he performed. At the end he also called the office to get me a contact number of a company that actually does air duct cleaning ... Turns out they used to do the cleaning at some point in the past but don't anymore. So it really was a mixed experience ... I may or may not hire them again. I will probably try some one else when there is a need next time and then make a decision. The work actually was good and I have no doubt about Michael and his work and actually he is the reason I gave an overall rating of B and not C or even a D. So hopefully the phone call with the rep was just a one off occurrence and not a trend.

The service was performed a while ago so I don't remember the exact date. However I do remember that the provider was very good and I appreciated their servic.

WARNING: Do NOT call these people unless you want high service rates and a constant sales pitch throughout the visit. Their serviceman tried to sell me a maintenance contract BEFORE he'd even seen my furnace. He handed me a printed price list with rates. Whenever he found anything questionable during the servicing, he'd quote me some very high price but say that the service contract had discounted rates. For one part, a capacitor, he quoted $246 for changing it. I know a new capacitor costs around $10, so he either has exoribtant rates or it's gouging. You decide. To top it off, today's mail brought a "thank you" card enclosing a $50 gift card for further services. As if...
