We had to redo our duct work a couple of years ago, completely rip it out and put up new duct work in. It was pretty good. It took a couple of days to do it, it was a lot of work. Everything has been fine, I haven't had any issues. They're always out on time. It was expensive, it depends on what you use, they had different grades. It was done well and clean and they took care of the issue. Their testing is good because they go in with a camera and show you pictures on your old work and then they show you pictures of the new work. They show you the holes and what they're replacing. So it's pretty interesting.

They come back and do the heater check. The cost was included in the monthly. I don't pay much a month, I maybe pay $10 or $15 a month. We've used them for quite a long time. I've been in this house 28 years, I've been using them off and on for a very long time. Their pricing is fair, when you're on a contract their price is a little lower. Their quality is pretty good, I've had a couple of issues over the years. They're punctual, they come out when they say, they're there within a certain timeframe. They're neat, they're clean, they get the job done and they're gone. They're pretty helpful.

They installed the heating and cooling. The reasons for the mark down is because they didn't come back and do the inspection check. It is the city that notified us a year later that they never got signed off. The workers were fine.

I bought their special promo through Angie's List and paid upfront. I have contacted them by phone and email and no response - very unprofessional! I lost my money!

They should provide a more reasonable cost structure.

They responsiveness is outstanding. I can't grade high enough for their professionalism. I will continue to use them. We subscribe to their service subscription, so they come out twice a year.

I don't have any complaints. I don't know if they are the greatest, but we have not had any major problems, and the test is when you have a major problem. Their price seems to be competitive. For the limited work they have done for us, the quality seems to be good. They are responsive. We have a contract on an ongoing basis. They fulfill the requirements, they aren't necessarily special, but they do what they say are going to do. With the duct leaks, I think the jury is out on that. The things that seem to have the greatest need, there was no real way to correct them without spending lots and lots of money because we have a two story. The leaks were between the two stories, so we didn't follow up on anything there. So my caution would be that they may push it, but I don't know if it's useful.

Work completed as promised. He also estimated the remaining life of our system, system efficiency etc.

Originally told the heat exchanger was cracked and needed to be replaced. I decided to get a second opinion. That service technician said there was absolutely not wrong with my exchanger. I then brought in Pecks Heating and Air which took pictures and video of the heat exchanger proving nothing wrong with my heater. I'm know pursuing legal action again Service Champions.

Very professional and knowledgeable technician Jonathan Vargas arrived on time and finished on time. He did a thorough job of inspecting my furnace , A/C and ducts. A top-notch tech. He identified three electrical components which he measured to be marginal and recommended replacement. Without buying their Maintenance Value Plan at $15.95/month, the price to replace these three components was quoted at $240 each or $720 total. I am an electrical engineer and this price seemed prohibitive to me for three plug-and-play common electrical components available at Amazon.com or Fry's for about $50 total. Signing up for the MVP monthly plan reduced this repair cost by only about 20%. My lasting impression is that Service Champions HVAC is highly professional, knowledgeable and a high quality company and their high prices reflect this. I did not have the suspect parts replaced

Went well. Tech completed/checked what they were supposed to complete/check.

Service Champion is reliable and did not pressure me even though my air conditioner and furnace turns out was 20 years old and need to be replace.

I just saw a card in the mail that said it was time to do the annual Fall check up again. I rate them really highly because we use them every time, so they must be good.

Update to prior review.... After posting a fairly negative review based upon there pricing, Service Champions contacted me to see what they could do to make me happy. They ended up refunding $294 (of the original $494 price). This is on the high end of what I'd expect to pay, bases upon my research, but overall a realistic price. I was very impressed with their customer service, as I have been with their technicians. would have upgraded them to A, but felt the over pricing should not have happened in the first place. While I can recommend them for their services, I would caution you to watch their pricing and feel free to negotiate or object if it seems too high.
