I like them just fine. There isn't going to be a price, because we belong to a club and they come to do it twice a year. The receipt says the club discount is $198.00, but I don't know honestly if they ever charge anybody that. We pay a monthly fee, it is $12.00 a month. I think the price is good. They come out for emergencies, you get preference on emergencies. They do a good job of explaining why they think the things that they think.

Service Champions contacted us and set up a time convenient to both our schedules. They were very thorough with their work and gave us a positive review of our system. The price was reasonable and the information very helpful. Would recommend and/or hire them again.

After nearly 1 year of repeated service calls to resolve the uneven distribution of airflow & the loud rumbling noise of the newly installed furnace, it was finally resolved after it was discovered that the unit installed was oversized. The size of the unit was properly calculated but the wrong size unit was delivered and installed. Prior to this finding & after 6 service calls, SC always had a great crew come out in a timely manner to address my concerns. On service call #7 the correct unit was installed & now I can agree to SC motto "I'm Happy".

The energy checkup was superficial, no blower door test was conducted. At the end when asked about and estimate to change the insulation in the attic, the service professional gave a ridiculous estimate of $10,000 for a 1600 sq. ft home plus another 10,000 for changing the HVAC ducts. Other quotes that I received were in the ball park of $4000.

The work was done well. However, the failed to show up on the date scheduled.

They are okay. They like to push new things but when you say you aren't interested they are good to go ahead and do the work they are scheduled to do without complaint. They are quite thorough. If you like to keep things in ship-shape condition this is a worthwhile way to go. Don't wait until you have problems they do annual checks a couple times a year. I am happy with them.

Sales person fully explained the cost and the process beforehand and there were no surprise change orders to increase the cost. Installation proceeded on schedule as agreed; technicians worked diligently to complete the work on-time, and efficiently, and cleaned up the areas before leaving. During their work, they kept us informed of their progress, including unexpected challenges and their solutions.

The service operator was very professional and explained everything he inspected and cleaned as he went through the various points to cover. I was quite satisfied with his knowledge and demeanor and would definitely recommend this service.

Dakota checked performance level of the heater parts and cleaned them. He was professional and pleasant.

The maintenance guy was great. Steven had a great deal of knowledge to share and was polite and personable. When we decided to purchase a new water heater and furnace, he put us in touch with a more senior technician and salesman. We had easy and good communication until the point of sale. At which time it became more diffficult to get in touch with the company and there was some drop off in their responsiveness.

Service was on time, quick, and professional. I would hire again.

They just sent me a reminder in the mail that my maintenance service is due. They were extremely professional, they know what they are doing, they took good care of me. I installed all new duct work in the upstairs portion of the house, including the downstairs. I had the entire house redone. They put in a new vent in my upstairs master bedroom. It's always the coldest room in the winter and the hottest room in the summer. I have vaulted ceilings, so there is nothing they could even help me with. Everything is an "A". It cost me a lot, it cost me $25000 to do this work, but I have more efficient heating and air conditioning. The yearly contract is $240 a year. I think it's like $60 a quarter. They're very competitive and in the ballpark. As far as pricing goes I don't think I would have gotten a better deal somewhere else.

They do a good job taking care of the furnace. The only thing I don't like is they are always trying to sell you something when they are here. I get the feeling that is their policy. They seem to have a rotating group of young men that must get a commission on selling some products.

All went well. He indicated that we had a top quality system and gave us maintenance tips. Did not try to sell us anything. The company is very professional and well organized. Their receptionist was very friendly and easy to work with when we had to reschedule. I also like that they sent us a picture of the technician before he arrived.

We didn't use them, but we tried. They had trouble making their appointments. Two times they didn't come. They were supposed to come out first time on a Friday and they never showed. They called back again and it was kind of a similar experience. We won't go with them again. I wouldn't recommend the local one at all. Maybe they over schedule and maybe clients get lost in the shuffle. We tried a second time and it never happened. They were pleasant. Their dispatch was very pleasant.

Purchased their promotion to perform a gas furnace check up. Poor experience because: 1. Bait n' switch - Intention was to push for sales of maintenance plan on the gas furnace. Spent time to look through the furnace and started selling the maintenance plan. 2. Pricing - Found the gas igniter was out of spec so recommended replacement. Was not willing to provide a fair price for replacement and pushed to buy maintenance plan. The part costs $20 and youtube shows a fairly trivial job to replace it, insist on $250 or buy a service plan at a lower price. 3. Inflexible appointment time - intended week zero availability and appointment had to be scheduled 2 weeks from the time of purchase. 4. Poor service - before the repair, there was no noise from the heater, now most of the time after the heater turns off itself, there was a metal clicking sound in my heater (in attic). Suspect the panel was not installed properly. 5. Poor follow up - purchased the maintenance plan as I didn't want to waste more time despite the unfair pricing. Been promised a maintenance package would arrive in mail with more details. 3 weeks in still no package.

Not applicable, said business failed to contact me by phone or email to schedule an appointment or follow-up on the service deal purchased through Angie's List. This is my first and definatley last service deal I will purchase from Angie's List.
