Rick, the Service Champion tech, was EXCELLENT! The tech was professional, detail, and courteous. The yearly maintenance plan was equitable and fair. I am very pleased that Service Champions offers a great superior value over their competitors.

I received a text message the day before, reminding me of my appointment. I received a second text message the day of letting me know who my technician was and that they were on the way. Once Ben arrived, he introduced himself, put on booties and got to work. he asked a few questions to get an understanding of our usage/maintenance. Once he finished the furnace he moved on to the AC unit outside. He wasn't bothered by the dogs barking at him and was friendly & polite. The whole experience was a pleasant one & I would recommend Service Champions to anyone.

I called for an Estimate and the Sales person was more intent on selling a Unit rather than just give an estimate. For the Money I spent the Unit(s) were High Quality, but I have been less than satisfied with the service on a whole. It's been 7 months and I am still unhappy with the installation of the system. Displeasing noises, they haven't been too concerned about fixing.

Stellar service with Technician Alex Sebrano. He was knowledgeable. Thoroughly explained what he saw (even took pics)during inspection, what he did and made recommendations accordingly.

The technician that came in, Kyle is very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Explained everything that I wanted to know and finished the job well.

Lee (our technician) was awesome. He explained our problem and went right to work. He fixed it quickly and explained to us what we could do in the future to help our system work more efficiently. He did a great job for us. I would highly recommend Service Champions!

We've used Service Champions now to replace and service two furnaces in our house. I had in mind a specific (top of the line) furnace, and the sales guy tried for 15 minutes to persuade me to go with something cheaper - that's real professionalism! The furnaces showed up exactly as promised, and they were very flexible with their install availability. They always show when scheduled (none of the usual 8-hour window rubbish), and stick around until the job is done completely to satisfaction. They walked me through the installs, even some non-standard electrics they had to work around, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before paying. Years later, the installs are still completely trouble-free. The only caveat is they are not the cheapest guys in the area, but they are 100% worth the cost.

The work was professionally done, on time as promised. Prices are not cheap but they are reasonable.

Terrible, will not use or recommend them.

I really didn't shop around, but I assume their price is competitive. I would use them again. I have a service agreement with them. They have been good. They gave us a good product and they worked with us on the financing. They have been punctual. Basically, we have had no problems.

The cost was probably competitive. They have been punctual, reliable, and no problems. They leave the place clean. It takes them maybe 30 minutes to complete the service. They communicate fine. By phone, they let us know that they are on their way, and when they will be here. That's really nice.

We have a contract with them to come out once a year. I don't know how their price compares to others. I didn't really shop around. So far, the quality has been good. I give them a high rating. They did a good job. We have had no problems. My only complaint about them is that they every year they send me a certificate for a free turkey around Thanksgiving time, and I have yet to be able use it. I usually go out of town for Thanksgiving.

All of the technicians and dispatch for the company were great to work with. In particular, their tech, Dakota was very sharp, friendly and easy to work with. He was even willing to exchange a few text messages with me to help me figure out why a fuse in the unit kept blowing. This company will offer you a lot of products, and options, but they don't get too pushy with them. The duct work they installed was expensive for sure, but it was what my system needed to get working properly.

I am very pleased with them. They constantly try to upsell you.

Ok! The person who came was very professional and confident.

The tune up of the A/C went fine. He also checked the furnace. The HVAC guy also checked the duct work in the attic. He seemed overly motivated to try to convince me that the ducts needed to be replaced but without an internal camera inspection of the ducts, I saw no reason to even consider it. Not to mention the very high cost. I got the feeling that the inspection was the way to get into the door and up sell to either A/C or furnace replacement (mine were fairly new), or replace duct work. I hope that's not the case.

Needed Freon but tech wanted to sell a new unit.

Overall, the engagement went really well. It was a good experience from start to finish. Mike Hong did a great job to review the work we wanted done and also provide us with an estimate. Very personable, I'd recommend Mike for any new estimates. Monica on the install team kept us informed in case we were able to take an earlier appointment and let us know when we were confirmed. On the day of installation we had Oscar, Gilbert, Daniel, Chris, and unfortunately I can't remember the 5th crew member. Oscar clearly explained the work that was needed and they all did a fantastic job on working on specific pieces of the install. Unfortunately, during the install a valve on the compressor broke, so they were not able to complete the installation in one day. We were able to get the Service team in the following day with Dakota and Tyler to take care of the valve and do a complete test of the system. We had a fantastic team from Service Champions helping us with our new heating and AC. I'd recommend this crew to anyone thinking about looking into this service.

The cost for the contract is reasonable and their discounts for anything additional that's needed for contract customers is good. They do one thing well. They do heating and air conditioning service focus. They are not trying to sell anything else this is what they do.

We have been using them twice a year for several years. Their service staff is well trained and experienced in servicing what they do. They are very good. They are careful, professional, leave everything clean and completely put back together. They don't leave anything left for us to do to follow up with.

They are fine. The price must have been okay, I don't remember it, so I would have remember if it wasn't good. They were efficient.
