Serviceman, David, was prompt, neat and explained all that he did in a way that a layperson could understand. Reviewed with me at the end of service all that he had done - as well as, emailing me the report. Very satisfied for a first time service.

Professional, well dressed and helpful. We decided to upgrade to an annual service agreement after our tech (Kyle) spent as much time as needed with us. We are even scheduling a follow-up review of our venting to assure proper airflow. Overall, we are very satisfied with Service Champions.

Everything went fine. Arrived on time and went over everything thoroughly. Just a bit of confusion when I got the electronic statement as one item is marked needs attention now yet i was advised when he went over everything before i electronically signed that everything was ok for the time being.

went really good, everything was checked and repair was done on furnace, during tune up a repair was made to keep extend the life of furnace, glad they caught it before it became more expensive to fix later

Alex started by running the heater to see if it isputting out heat. Check the intake filter to see if it is clean. Then he ran his fingers around the exhaust blower looking anything unusual. He found the blower motor leaking oil. He recommended replacing, but i told him since spring, summer, and fall is approaching it will give us time to think about, give him a call and he will order the motor and he will install when the motor arrives. He cleaned around the impeller and then restored my heater.
