+ -1 moreRandy was punctual, professional, and informative. He described each option for fixing the floor in enough detail that I understood the process and the likely outcomes. He also gave me several useful tips about how this type of floor will perform and how to take care of it. I haven't decided whether or not to go forward with the small repair, but if I do I will call Randy. I recommend calling him first, before you start a laminate installation job.
Description of Work: I called Randy for an estimate on a small repair on my laminate floor (the corner of one board was chipped).
