Description of Work: Replaced solid wood with particle board kitchen drawers and cabinets. Within 2 years many of drawers have broken, pulled out of tracks. Replaced both bathrooms with low flow faucets, showers and toilets. One toilet was not properly sealed and damaged wall and flooring. They did connect us with great painter who is no longer in the business and pest control who treated house for horrible termite infestation.

Description of Work: Petkus has one one of the bothers handling our area. The guy has a bad reputation. Has had problem in our area. Is arrogant and high priced. They also sub-out their work (not sure to what extent). In the past They have subed-out the company who eventual did our work. The cost pass through is reflected in the quotes.

Description of Work: Very unresponsive. Left an inquiry on their website and received a response from their owner within 24 hours that someone would be calling me shortly. I called later in the week and left a VM (when noone froms sales dept picked up) and did not hear back for three weeks. When I did hear back, they had my name wrong. Did not seem interested in my business and we are pursuing other options. Disappointing outcome.

Description of Work: They built a four seasons sunroom. They did a great job. My only complaint might be the short work days. I think it could have been finished more quickly but I am very happy with the outcome. I love the room!

Description of Work: Installed a metal patio cover. There sales & management people were straightforward, they installed when they promised, were professional in all respects. They've done many in our 3000 home community. Would recommend them to anyone. They were not the lowest price option, yet competitive.
