+ -1 morePeter recommended that we use Clayton Donnel to install our new carpet and vinyl. Apparantly he knew him and they had worked together in the past on other projects. Both of them displayed poor communication skills, lack of clarity in details, lack of maturity and lack of professionalism.
Description of Work: The upstairs had squeaks in the floorboard and Peter tightened these up, at the same time we were having new carpet and vinyl installed.

+ -1 morePeter was recommended by our realtor. He was responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. He provided an estimate in time and cost after walking through the house with me and discussing what repairs and improvements need to be done. I observed his attention to detail and perseverance in getting recalcitrant, new closet doors hung and tracking properly. He also went out of his way to attend to a few other issues that we had not foreseen with dispatch and energy. I am glad we found Peter to help us get ready for market. After the initial realtor evaluation, we got rave reviews on the house condition, much of that due to Peter's fine work.
Description of Work: Peter and an employee did various repairs on our home to get it ready for the market. They ranged from baseboard installation, tile repair and cleaning, concrete cleaning, installing new doors, bringing the cabinet and stair railing back to their original, bright condition, repairing shower doors, drawers and fence repair.
