They made some major modifications on their recommendation. All of the return pipes were moved to the outside, covered and then painted so we have access to it.

They actually had to come back twice because I had two different people and two different inspectors who didn't clarify what they wanted done. The second time, Peck came out with the manager and they made it right.

I would used them in the future.

This week, we had Peck install a replacement HVAC system in our rental property. We chose them because Peck installed a replacement HVAC system in the home we live in. They also do our bi-annual servicing. They are very competitive in price and their techs are well trained and personable. The job went smoothly with no glitches in the process. John Peck personally came by to check on the installation. I highly recommend them for new/replacement HVAC work and regular maintenance as well. The final amount was actually less than the est ... I was happy:-). Office staff is very friendly and knowledgable also.

My HVAC went out on Sat nite. It was about 103 by that time so temp had started to go down. I live on a concrete slab with some shade trees and didnt want to pay for a Sunday premium call. I called several places Monday am. Peck was the only one that would be able to come out on Monday. I was told it would be between 4 & 6. It was about quarter to 6 when technician arrived. He checked the programable thermostat & made sure the electric panel was working. I had already done that, but was glad to see he confirmed those were not the problem. He climbed up on the roof to check unit. Bees/wasps had gotten into the unit so he had to clear that out first. He was then able to clean the unit and restart the a/c. He said bees are a fairly common problem, recommended I have the unit checked every year to avoid being without a/c in 107 degree weather for 2 days. It took 5 hours to finally get the house down to a reasonable temp I could be comfortable with. The technician was very good and was there within time stated. I would recommend Peck to anyone.

This company does semi-yearly maintenance on my HVAC system and has done so for 15 years at two residences. When I noticed problems cooling the air, I called them. The repair man (Daniel) came out and inspected the system and gave me the bad news that the system needed to be replaced. He gave me Avery complete explanation about what had happened and what needed to be done. He then set up an appointment for the next day with Hector who helped me choose a replacement unit. Hector showed up, on time, the next day and went over what needed to be done and gave me my options for replacement units. He did not pressure me in any way to choose the most expensive unit, but carefully and completely answered all my questions. The bid was very reasonable and we signed the contract. The installation happened three working days later. The crew, headed by Gama, showed up on time over the two day installation process. They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves very well. They patiently answered any questions I asked. They set up the duct testing (performed by a third party testing service) and were present for the test. The company is even submitting the forms necessary to my utility company to secure a rebate for me. In addition, when I had questions about paperwork, Pam in the office, handled all my telephone calls politely. I highly recommend this company.

Peck was on time and fast with the installation. They handled all the permits and inspections. In addition, we had a problem with one of the units. Peck responded with hours after being called. The problem kept reoccurring and Peck kept responding until the problem was finally resolved by the Manufacturer. Our tenant was highly impressed with Peck's response to her plight.

We originally contracted with another company to replace our home's entire AC units. The job was so horrible, they ended up pulling out the whole system and refunding our money. Peck was referred to us from a friend. The service they provided was excellent and at a cost substantially less than the first.

We have used this company for six years. They have installed systems in two houses we owned and we were extremely pleased both times. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The work is done on time and with minimal disturbance to the occupants. We also use their annual maintenance program for both our heating and air conditioning systems.

Will not continue to do business with them.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT THE UNITS INSTALLED VERY QUICKLY. I THOUGHT THAT THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, I'M SURE THEY WOULD COME TAKE CARE OF THEM.
