PACIFIC LANDSCAPES

They came out 2 weeks ago and said they would have the estimate to me that week. Still nothing from them. I've called, emailed and text them for an update. Don't waste your time.

I was offered a design done by an architect, which I approved and the work proceeded in a somewhat timely manner. The work took a long time to complete, longer than I thought reasonable. In the design was a water feature that was not included in the price ( an added cost not expected). The fountain turned out to not include a basin with an autofill so that the pump would not run dry. If it had not been for my neighbor taking upon hisself to shut of the pump when it was dry the pump would have burned itself out. This report is written way after the fact only because I am new to Angies list and did not know who to report to. I found it neccesary to call the landscaper back to fix some of the drip system which they did but then I was told any thing else I would have to pay for even though the work was poorly done. I have since had the yard redone by another Angies list contractor and found even more things wrong with the work done by Pacific landscapers. I wish I had know about angies list before I hired this company.
