Ray called right away and explained what needed to be done with the cost. He was able to have Jordan come today, said he'd be in a clearly marked van and a uniform. Jordan was so professional, personable, did excellent work and even fixed an additional problem without any cost. Fantastic service!

What a great guy! We set up an on call situation so he was able to make it out a day earlier than originally thought. He gave me a cash discount. Was done in under 30 minutes. He even explained everything was doing the entire time. Super nice and customer focused. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would too. As soon as I need a lock re-keyed or any lock work done again. I'm calling.

Ray is a terrific guy. Very nice, & prompt. We had 2 issues, a slider with a weird bolt pattern that broke & needed to be removed from the slider door w/o breaking it & a security screen door to retool. He did both with ease, even reset our strike plate on the front door (no charge) so it would close easier. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Hire him, we definitely will if we need anything lock related again.

Absolutely wonderful company and highly recommend Ray and his technician(s) to anyone that is seeking locksmith services. Ray is super nice, easy going, upfront regarding fees, which I appreciated. Scheduled an appointment, Ray called and advised me that the technician was running late on another project. Once Jordan arrived, he was extremely pleasant, clean, professional and had the project completed quickly. The total bill was exactly what was quoted. Very honest company owner. Again, cannot recommend NorCal Locksmith enough and will use them again in the future.
