Ray is a very friendly person who has set rates which he gives you up front. He was sociable while doing the work but also got it done in a very timely manner. I actually had to have the locks re-eyed again after the lock box was stolen and he came back the day after I called and gave me a bit of a discount the second time around.

Great customer service! Price quoted in advance, Personable, professional service above and beyond. The deadlocks were not fitting previously and when Austin installed the new locks he adjusted the frame slots to ensure the dead bolts fitted properly. I would highly recommend them and plan to contact them again for my sun room sliding doors when we remodel. Owner Ray's customer service was exceptional!

I got a call right away after entering my project information on the site from Ray. He gave me a quote after asking for additional information. I called him back the next day to set up an appointment but he said he was in my area and could be there in 20 minutes. He was very pleasant and professional. He installed replacement locks. I would definitely hire him again.
