They came out and did an estimate within a week or so. They were right on time for the date scheduled to start the work. They were quite innovative in finding solutions to problems encountered (mostly around some old, discontinued hinges that they found replacements for). They delivered a product just as advertised and did a great job.

We were not pleased with their response. They were just not very helpful whatsoever. We asked them to call us back because they were supposed to find out other things and they never did. They came out and gave us some tremendous and we were not sure. My husband had some questions and they never got back to us. They gave us the quote two years ago that was July 17, 2013. They quoted me $7,777. They said they had a contractor that they would contact us about whether it would be better to that or to paint them, but they never got back to us with any contractor information or anything else so we never heard from them since then. She was polite when she came out but she was more interested in selling us the whole deal. She was nice, she said that she would work with us and she could have this contractor that she could refer us to and we never had anybody. There was never anything. But I know that they are a big company. They are a national company too. Their price was so high. If I remember right she was ten minutes late. I would not use this provider again.

Pam gave us the estimate for kitchen cabinet in May 2013. She was punctual, extremely easy to work with and even included a senior discount in her estimate. The work was completed on time by George & Jeff who were also punctual, polite & the results exceeded our expectations. There had been a lot of wear & water stains to the kitchen cabinets over the last 25 years. This team & the process they used restored our cabinets to "like new". We liked the results so much, we hired them again to restore the cabinets in two more rooms with the same excellent experience. One call-back for a small retouch was responded to politely, quickly and effectively. We're very happy with the NHance team.
