They did a super excellent job! I have self clean my carpets myself before but they never looked like this! Monique and Rich did an excellent job. They were open to any concerns that I might have had. They were very easy to work with. I was so impressed with their work ethics that they will be back on Tuesday October 13 to clean all my windows.

Their's is a family-owned business and is run in a very efficient and businesslike way. They showed up on time, began working at a steady and sustainable rate and were friendly as well as workmanlike. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I had no questions about what was done or the cost, which was very competitive. I will use them in the future, since they also do window and screen cleaning. I can recommend them highly.

Excellent service, great attitude and 100% professional. This family-owned, small business is definitely the one I will call when I need my windows cleaned again. After I purchased the Big Deal, they emailed me back right away and when I didn't call them back within a day, they made sure to call me (bonus points on their part). When making the appointment, I was given a one hour time frame (8-9am) of when to expect them and they requested that I move any objects/furniture that blocked access to the windows prior to their arrival, and was told it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the job. The original Big Deal was for $129 for 10 windows. They carefully questioned me about whether I had solar panes (I had no idea) and patiently explained to me what constitutes "a window" of which I had thought I had 10 - it took them a little bit of extra explanation before I understood. I actually have 19 windows and they quoted a price to cover the additional 9 windows at the same rate as the Big Deal (hence, total around $230 or so). They let me know that on the day of the appt, if the temperature were to reach 100, they would need to reschedule. (Little side note: the appt was 2 weeks out from when I made it and I called them back a few times when I was concerned about the temperature getting too high and having to reschedule another date at the last moment. They were very patient with me about this and assured me that since I was the first appt of the day, it would be cool enough and there was no cause for concern. I would have been annoyed with me by the 3rd call, so extra bonus points for them.) On the day of appt, they called to let me know when they were 20 minutes from arriving and did arrive exactly on time. This team consisted of husband, wife and son. They were very pleasant and cheerful; they asked me about my expectations and for any specific problems and then went right to work. They were very efficient - the husband pressure washed and cleaned the exterior windows & conditioned the screens, while the wife cleaned the interior windows and sills; the son assisted both. While they worked, I sat on the sofa with the TV on and doing some work. The wife worked in the room with me and when I felt chatty, she chatted with me; when I didn't, she didn't - it was very comfortable having her and her family in my home (with some service providers, that's not the case). When I asked her questions about the secrets of window cleaning (like, how do you avoid streaks when cleaning windows that have the sun shining on them?) she was very forthcoming with her answers and gave me several valuable tips. When they finished (in exactly 3 hours as predicted), I was delighted with the result! The windows were so clean, I couldn't see them. All the water spots and dirt were gone, the glass sparkly and the tracks/sills were clean and white again. The screens were soft and like new, whereas before, they were stiff from the sun and caked with dirt; I hadn't realized how bad they were until they were clean. It was a HUGE improvement! Before they packed up and left, they made sure I checked each window, screen and sill carefully. There were a couple with water in the track and they took care of it immediately. They really care about the quality of their work and it shows. PLEASE NOTE: when you make the appointment with them, they will ask you to move furniture or anything that blocks 3 foot access to the windows. I would recommend that you do this, I did as they requested and the appointment took the exact time they estimated. However, if anything had been too heavy for me to move or lift, they were more than happy to help me. ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE: I bought a Big Deal from them and went by the description of services listed on the Angie's List website (I did not look at their actual website). The window cleaning package does include the inside tracks and sills, but it was not specifically listed in the service details and I had to call them back to ask if it was included (after seeing it listed under other same service providers). WARNING: Windows will be so clean they could appear invisible to birds; you might need to put a decal or hang something in the window so they won't fly into them.

They were excellent. They were very careful in the house. They were so polite, one employee even asked where they could rinse out their rags. They were very considerate. This is the best company I have used since I moved to this house, which was about 10 years ago.

Three people came within the time period we were given. They said it would take 2 1/2 hours, but it was less. They took care in covering furniture that was in front of the windows. The windows are sparkling clean now.

This family run business is very professionally run. They called to remind us of our appointment, and then on the day of they called to say they were on the way. They got right to work and turned our grungy windows into sparkling panes in just 2 1/2 hours. They even cleaned our screens, window sills, and window tracks. We will definitely hire them again.

A very professional, personable crew of husband, wife and son. I had an Angie's List coupon for $129, plus I paid an additional $110 for two skylights and French doors. This was all worked out before they started. They were prompt, in uniform, and checked with me several times as to how I liked what they were doing. I will use them again.

Very courteous on the phone to set appointment; very thorough in explaining services and costs. Arrive on time and worked diligently to clean windows inside and out, and all screens. Excellent service and results!

Contact was quick and came out within a week. Carpets were cleaner than when I had a big name company do them that cost me $600. They were very professional. I plan on using them again. Great job!

I scheduled a deep carpet cleaning from My Dad's Cleaning Service using an Amazon Local voucher on 3/18/14. The appointment was for 3/29/14 between 11 am — 2 pm. The night before the appointment at approximate 5:30 pm I received a call from the vendor that the deep clean machine had broken down and would not be available again until August or September. They would be willing to do a regular service at the voucher rate ($69) plus $45 for the 3 additional rooms and let us use the voucher rate in the fall. This is basically the cost of a carpet cleaning from most companies — not a deal. Since we had already spent the day moving furniture and getting the rooms ready, we agreed to the deal. I received another call from the vendor at 10:15 am the morning of service and was asked if we would like them to come early, I said no that I needed to keep the scheduled time. I received a third call at 10:45 am from the vendor saying that due to the and quot;horribleand quot; weather they needed to cancel. It was a and quot;safetyand quot; issue bringing 2500 lbs of equipment out in this weather. It was lightly raining and had been all day (also at the time of the first call). Since they were cleaning carpets and not working outside of the house, it seemed like a sketchy excuse. We had spent a full day -- eight hours minimum -- getting ready for this and quot;amazingand quot; carpet cleaning and having them cancel 15 minutes before the scheduled time was extremely frustrating and nothing short of infuriating. We called another carpet cleaning company, and quot;Frank's Carpet Cleaning,and quot; and he and his wife, who was in Europe at the time and coordinated our emergency carpet cleaning from there, worked us in for the same day later that afternoon. Frank came out at the appointed time and did a fantastic job. He was just awesome. His prices were comparable and quot;My Dad'sand quot; and there were no and quot;upgradesand quot; or extra charges for coming out last minute. I will never use and quot;My Dad's Cleaning Serviceand quot; but wouId highly recommend and quot;Frank's Carpet Cleaning.and quot; Frank made our heavily soiled carpet look almost new without any special and quot;deep clean machine.and quot; Call Frank's Carpet Cleaning if you want an honest job for an honest (not hyped) rate. His conscientiousness and attention to detail have made us satisfied, loyal customers. Frank also likes dogs...and not just because they help generate business for him.

These are two exceptional people. Momique and her husband had cleaned my carpets and tile and I was so pleased with their work that I wanted them to clean my windows. They were considerate of my time. Everything was spotless when they left. They work very hard for their money and have a strong work ethic. I highly recommended them .

She and her husband had cleaned my windows during the summer and I was so pleased with their work and work ethic that I wanted them to clean my carpets and couch. The Carpet Cleaner showed up and looked at the wear in the door way of the master bedroom, and felt the carpet and assessed it very professional and gave me the same quote I had been given over the phone of $59.99. I agreed, he started to work on the the floor and when he was done, it looked like brand new. He was quick, professional, respectful and courteous. There service was amazing. Very responsive, on time and did an excellent job. The attention to detail to customer satisfaction was very good. They also followed up to make sure everything was good as I had this done for my dad and was not there at the time of service. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for my home and rental properties.

They were great. Did their job quickly and were very concerned about the condition of the windows (that it might not look clean). This was for a client and the next day she called them and asked them to come and re-do some windows. They were kind enough to come back out and how her that it was the condition of the windows (in the sunroom - the windows were very damaged).

My son purchased an 18 year old house. Judging from the windows and tracks, they had never been cleaned in all that time. Monique and Richard worked very hard and thoroughly. It was apparent that they take pride in their work. This has been my second experience with them. Not only will I use them again, I will be reccommending them to friends and family without hesitation. It was so uplifting to look out of sparkling windows! My Dad's Cleaning Service did a great job of cleaning out my gutters and downspouts! They responded right away to my request, came when they said they would, and cleaned up the area well after completing the job.
