The decision to replace my siding happened sort of suddenly, when I was remodeling my front and backyards, and I realized my shingle siding was not only unattractive, but also pretty damaged in a lot of areas. I had a few companies give me a quote and Modern Construction was not only reasonably priced, but also the most knowledgeable about the process, the products, what to expect, etc. I appreciated the honesty and no one tried to upsell me. They worked with me on change orders and financing etc. They got me on the schedule pretty quickly and the speed with which they completed the work was insane. Thorough but within two weeks, I had a brand new house. It's beautiful. I have people stop by my home regularly to ask who did the work.

Gary and his team are great! Gary is very responsive to all inquiries that we had. His team was very professional and we love the James Hardie siding, Milgard windows, and new front doors! Can't say enough great things about Modern Construction Group. I only had them replace one window, but the professionalism they showed throughout the entire process was above and beyond. Gary was very responsive, always kept me in the loop and made this the best experience. The installer did a great job too and Gary even came later that day to check the work performed (again, just for one window). We will be using them again when ready to replace the remaining windows in our home.

It went great. Gary is a a great listener and communicates well. It is nice to see that he comes on site regularly to make sure that things are going as planned. He answers all questions and concerns that you may have.
