I can't say enough about how happy I am with the team, the work and the end results. Dan and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Communication was great by all involved and I truly appreciate their patience with me, as we ran into some challenging situations. Dan and Mike were exceptionally understanding and always provided a good solution. The guys started with old landscaping, mostly dirt and some lifting concrete. They ran into tree roots that we thought would never end and they worked tirelessly to do the job right. I now have a nice functioning drainage system and a beautiful yard to enjoy. I appreciated their help with the design and choosing the right plants. Lavish Gardens definitely go above and beyond to ensure their customers happiness. Many years ago my husband and I hired Lavish Gardens to put up a small retaining wall and install some flagstones in our back yard. Since we were very happy with the work they did at that time, we called them back when we were ready to do some more extensive work. We needed a 35 year old, wooden deck replaced and we needed to re-design our back yard so that it uses less water. We have always found that the Lavish Gardens staff will listen and work with us. The staff at Lavish Gardens Landscape were all great: From the President/Owner of Lavish Gardens [Michael] to the site supervisor [Ivan ] to the office staff [Michelle] they were all responsive, courteous and personable. We were extremely happy with the final results of this project. The stonework was fabulous and it blended in with the existing hardscape we already had. This project also accomplished our goal of using less water in our backyard and requiring less maintenance. I would not hesitate to recommend Lavish Gardens Landscape to our friends or neighbors.

This Company is awesome! I worked with Dan, with Ivan as the Forman on the job, the whole team was very professional and completed work in a timely manner with fantastic quality. Dan is right there if you need him, and is right on top of everything. Not one problem (other than a plant that didn't look too good-and Dan immediately went to the nursery himself to exchange it!!). I would definitely recommend this Company.

Lavish Gardens did a fabulous job on my front and back landscapes. Erin, the designer, truly listened to what I wanted and designed a beautiful plan. In the front, she incorporated a dry steam creek, lava rock bed, two DG pathways, accent grass with striking plants and lighting. The back has flagstone stepping stones that lead to a DG landing area, matching flagstone patio area for a couch with fire pit all surrounding a kidney shaped center grass with accent lighting. Owner Michael Cole was wonderful to work with. He texted everyday to let me know what was happening that day. Ivan and his crew were incredible. They were courteous, professional, prompt and clean. Work was done on time and I couldn’t be happier with my yard. 5 stars!! Would highly recommend

I cannot say enough great things about Lavish Gardens Landscape! I would rate them more than 100 stars! From our first meeting with Michael and Dan, to Erin's beautiful design, to Michelle and Dan's coordination, to Ivan and his wonderful crew, the entire process was a positive experience. It is obvious that Michael takes great pride in his company's work and that attitude is reflected down the line to all of his employees. They want things to be done properly and also be aesthetically pleasing. Here are just some of the things I like about Lavish Gardens: 1. They performed everything they promised and more. 2. When our Homeowner's Association misinterpreted something on the plan, Lavish Gardens responded immediately so as to not delay the project. 3. The communication was excellent - I was always notified in advance by text of the schedule for the following day, or if there were any changes to the schedule. 4. The crew always arrived on time. 5. The crew was always happy with one of them even telling me how much he loved his job. 6. The crew cleaned up every afternoon before leaving - tools and materials were stacked neatly in one spot, the street and sidewalk were swept clean, and all trash was removed. 7. It was never a problem when I wanted to make changes. 8. They finished ahead of schedule. 9. Great value for the money 10. I LOVE MY YARD. I would definitely use them again.

Our end result was exactly as we imagined. Here are the details. 1. Work team arrived on time each scheduled day. Every evening items were cleaned up and orderly. Entire team was helpful and respectful. Everything was completed exactly as we desired. 2. We had a couple of unexpected issues arise. Lavish suggested cost efficient and clever ways to resolve the issues. 3. Due to rain during the week, team worked on the weekend (with our permission) to complete the job on time. We were very impressed with their dedication to complete the work in a timely manner. 4. The communication with the owner Mike was great. He let us know via text every evening the status of the work and when the team would return and what they would be completing that day. 5. The team made sure we totally understand the sprinkler and lighting systems that were installed so that we can maintain properly. 6. Overall, our backyard is beautiful. We would hire Lavish Gardens again without talking to anyone else. They rocked.

They are clearly a hard working team. Great customer service and met the deadline on time.

I'm am in love with my back yard now!! Lavish Gardens did a great job. They know their stuff, and they created a beautiful and easy to maintain yard. They did the job quickly, and they were extremely responsive. Any minor issues we had were quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction. And they warranty the plants for a year, which I think is awesome. I am saving up my money and I'll have them do our front yard next.

Lavish Gardens did an outstanding job, which far succeeded our expectations. The transformation of our yard is incredible. The entire process was efficient, professional and done in a timely manner. The team was polite, respectful and neat in all respects. We are incredibly pleased and can't wait to have them do more work for us in the future.

Went GREAT! Could not have had a better experience in my opinion. They were on time, on budget, friendly, professional, and at a good price. Checked all the boxes for me.

When the workers were sent, they did a good job. It took 3 1/2 months to do a 3 1/2 week job. I do not recommend this company.

I was informed that they don't work on projects under 5000.00. Since it sounded like my job was under 5K, they were not interested.

They were fine. The woman was very responsive. There was nothing wrong with, that I could see, with the plan. There was an area that I cared about very much and it wasn't addressed. Very professional, very pleasant, and very courteous. I don't think she quite understood my priority in this one area. If we would have gone through with the design, it would have been about $20,000. It was a very detailed plan.

Very badly. They frequently did not do what the said they would do (repeatedly not showing up when they said they’d come, constant delays, planting with no follow up with irrigation in the very hot summer, agreeing to lock our garage because we were going out of town and then not leaving our garage unlocked and plants unwatered — it goes on and on). It was like we had no general contractor. The workers were here with no oversight, so they would make mistakes. The design was useless and we had to redesign it as we went along. It was terrible!

Everyone at Lavish Gardens was fantastic from start to finish! I hired Lavish Gardens to finish my project after a horrible experience with a previous landscape company. Mike was great with meeting me at a convenient time that fit my schedule and he was attentive to my needs and wants. Cathy was very helpful in putting together a landscape design that fit my desires and worked well with the scope of the project. Steve, the landscape supervisor, was fantastic! He was always present on the job site when work was being done and he openly communicated the plan of action at each step of the project. The crew was great to work with as well; they were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were always there on time and even came an extra day on the weekend to get more work done to prevent delays in the completion of the project. Steve was also great with accommodating some minor changes in the plans and he stuck to the budget that was agreed upon. Everyone was professional and the work was completed to my satisfaction and in a timely fashion. I only wish I had used Lavish Gardens for my whole landscape project - I would have had much less stress and headaches!. Thanks Mike, Cathy, Steve, and the crew!

Their work was amazing! Michael during the quote, Steve the project manager and Ivan his right hand man were so hardworking and dedicated to making our yard look like it came out of a magazine. During this extensive rainy season they kept us informed on timing and what would be coming when. We are so appreciative of the work they did for us! It is beautiful!

I used lavish gardens landscape to design and build my backyard. We wanted a pool, hardscape, patio cover, retaining wall, and landscape. Our house is brand new and it was a dirt backyard so we had lots of room to work with and a blank canvas. Mike Cole and his team were so professional and easy to work with. My dream backyard was built in a matter of months. They worked with our budget and answered every question we had promptly. Even my neighbors saw the amazing work they had done for us and used them for there're yard. I'm so happy with the way everything turned out. My yard is beautiful and more then I had imagined it could have been. I recommend this company to everyone I know. We will be calling them again this summer to help us design and build our front yard. Thank you so much Mike and your team for everything!!

We met with Jerry to lead us through the plant selection process to get the look and feel we were wanting to achieve. He was very knowledgeable about what plants were suitable for our terrain. Derek and crew came in with several hundred plants and topsoil to supplement our existing landscape. They changed every sprinkler head in our yard to balance out our irrigation. A few plants did not survive and they will be replaced this spring-they totally stand behind their work and materials.Finally they resurfaced our concrete areas which was a difficult and time consuming effort. Excellent company to work with. We are thrilled with the results.

I thought I was the only one who had problems with Lavish. After having a meeting with the design consultant and paying to have a design created (minus the Angies List discount), the initial design was sent. We found it uninspiring and asked for another. The following one was sent and we liked it a lot. With some tweaking, we could make it our own! Eventually after several MONTHS of back and forth, we had a design that we were ready to go with and needed an estimate. Well, we never got that estimate. Been more than 2 months now and still no estimate received. We also did not receive a full scale design print out/plot that we paid for. In reading the reviews now, I see that this is not an isolated case. I don't understand how they can still have an "A" rating with such bad reviews. Defeats the purpose of choosing from Angie's List. So in the end, we paid for a design that we liked but never received the FINAL draft print to get other contractor's bids nor did we ever get any kind of an estimate from Lavish Landscaping themselves despite the payment IN FULL being made. Up to you to decide what you want to do but if you do go with them, buyer beware!

We did not use this vendor for our project. 05/11/2016 @ 11-11:30am: Met briefly with Linette Bray. She is one of the designers with Lavish Gardens Landscape. We talked about possibilities, she suggested that I look at a garden design website for ideas and contact her again. We talked about a water feature, vegetable garden, rock & walls. 05/10/2016 @ 2:04-2:07pm: Spoke with Lynette, she is scheduled for estimate on 05/11 @ 11am. 05/04/2016 @ 2:12-2:16pm: Responded to Angie's List advertisement, called & and spoke with Susan scheduled a consultation with Linette on May 11 @ 11am. We did not use this vendor for our project.

As a returning customer of Lavish Gardens Landscape, they did not disappoint. Lavish Gardens Landscape provided great customer service and the skills of the team were exceptional. Because of the drought and other issues, my backyard was in need of a renovation. The Lavish Gardens Landscape team helped me to transform my backyard into a resort. I am thrilled with the results. Called Jerry several times after initial meeting to get bid. Was told several times that it was almost done. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I waited and waited. Called a few times afterwards. Don't bother wasting your time

Pete Sprague came out and was very patient and answered all our questions. We had no idea what to do with our front and back yard. Pete gave us several great ideas. Very good experience.
