+ -1 moreMade an appointment with them the only time they could come (which is next to never). I gave them my neighbor's number to call as she was going to let them in and secure my dogs. They never called her. Then they claimed they did and left a bill for a no show. My neighbor rearranged her day and waited all afternoon. My neighbor is also my dog sitter and VERY reliable. When I tried to call them back they are never answering their phone. Worst company ever. I regret buying their spa due to their poor service. No one calls you back. The answering service person was told the correct number multiple times and kept reading it back wrong. The last time I gave it to her she said it right, but I bet she wrote it wrong. Her mistake likely caused this issue but the company has minimal answering hours and zero customer service. They make you feel like they just don't care, which is how I feel they behave.
Description of Work: Charged me for an appointment that they claimed was a no show when it was not
