They come quarterly. I’ve had it 6 or 7 years now if not longer. I have nothing but good things to say about Home Shield.

I am quite happy with the service that I have received from HomeShield Pest Control so far. They have been out a total of 3 times. They start with an initial service and then return in 30 days to go over things again. Then they switch to a quarterly service. The tech has been responsive and always asks about the changes I have seen and what I think needs attention. I have not seen any ants around inside or out in a long time!! I was pleased that they were willing to negotiate the price a little bit to make things reasonable and competative. I am sticking with them as I am happy!
