One valve had stopped working. I broke the of/off knob on the other trying to clean out the dirt and mass of roots inside the valve box. I called him at approximately 5:00 pm and he answered (surprise, surprise). We set an appointment for the estimate process. I showed him the problem. He stated he had a vendor that he uses for good quality sprinkler parts that had very reasonable prices He would purchase the parts and pass through to me the exact vendor costs. He would only add his labor costs. He arrived as promised and completed the job in 1.5 hours. I am keeping his card for future use.

He's wonderful. I use him because of his enthusiasm. He really likes what he does. He's very thorough. He comes every Thursday. I know what time he'll be here. If he's going to be late or the weather is bad, he always calls and tells me and I appreciate that. He's great.

Mike is a great guy and does a great job. I had a drain issue. Mike found the problem and fixed it without charging for the extra work. I use him for weekly lawn care. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Mike was the only Angie's list provider that bothered to answer the phone and/or call me back. He arrived for the estimate when he said he would and quoted a fair price. His work is great. I just have basic service performed.

I have a large yard, and another company did a terrible job or relandscaping it about five years ago. I really like that Mike hasn't tried to fix everything all at once. He is focusing on project at a time, and follows my directions well. I think he's extremely knowledgeable, and he's able to provide helpful suggestions and ideas. Also, his prices are reasonable.
