It was excellent. They did great follow up, made sure they called us ahead of time, made sure that they had all the materials for the job and got it done quickly with great clean up. It looks good.

The crew removed and replaced a broken fence post that was threatening to topple my back fence into the yard of our neighbor. They made short work of this small job. I was especially impressed with the care taken to spare my existing landscaping and irrigation system adjacent to the fence. After cleanup, you would not have known they'd even been there (except now I have fence I don't need to be worried about). Fast,professional, clean and courteous! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

During our last severe rain and wind storms a section of our fence broke loose and fell toward newly planted fruit trees. It is a "Good Neighbor" fence and my neighbor came out and we broke apart the fallen fence. After inspecting the rest of the fence, we found several loos or broken posts. I belong to Angies list and started to look for fencing contractors. I found Superior Fence. They looked impressive. They had very high scores and many great compliments. I spoke to my neighbor, and we contacted them. When I called Superior fence I spoke with Dominic. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and listen to my story. He made arrangements to come out and showed up when promised. My neighbor and I talked with Dominic and he gave us some valuable information and options. The price quoted was very good and my neighbor and I agreed that Superior Fence should proceed with the job. We were turned over to Steve, the scheduler who actually showed up on a Saturday to review our damage and mark it for removal and repair. We had some family items going on and it was decided to proceed after the Christmas/New Year Holidays. We made a firm repair date and the Superior Team showed up on-time and worked tirelessly for 1 1/2 days removing and rebuilding our fence. They also rebuilt a new gate at the back of our lot and repaired an extra post on my neighbors. They were perfect. From start to finish I felt I chose the right company. The fence looks great and with the insight from Superior, we replaced the old treated wood 4 X 4 post with the galvanized iron "Postmaster" anchors. I now have peace of mind for decades to come. While doing the job, the workers were always aware of dangers and rather than just tearing everything down and try to rebuild, they purposely left the back fence standing so we would have safety from intruders. I always felt in control and Superior Fence even split the bill in two so my neighbor and I would be sure to pay for only the work done on our lots. I can't say enough about how great the experience with Superior Fence was. If you need fencing work done, call Superior Fence. I promise you will be glad you did.

My fence and new gate looks great and went all smooth. I would definitely use them again and I'd refer them as well..

I was told a crew person would arrive at 8:30. He was right on time. He finished the job and it looked great! He cleaned everything up. It was a perfect fence and the workmanship was excellent.

These guys do terrific work; as they promise, at budget, and for a fair price. In fact, in doing our repairs, they used several creative solutions (after checking with me first) to improve upon the fence and the simple work we'd asked them to do. The workers are very skilled in wood and metal. In fact, when it called for it, they broke out the welder and knocked a couple of things together that I really didn't think could be fixed. There was no push to upsell or force any more work, even though I know we have opportunity to improve the fence. But we were very pleased with the work, with the bid, and the manager (one of the business owners, who was there to inspect the job.) Highly recommended.

Superior showed up on time for the estimate and were very professional. They impressed me with their responsiveness to my questions and suggestions for post and gate options. I asked for a bid for wood and one for metal posts. Bid arrived via email a few days later as promised. I got 5 bids and Superior was 2nd to lowest bid at first. Superior sent a 2nd bid a few weeks later with holiday rates ($2-$3 per/ft discount) that became the lowest bid. I would have accepted Superior's 2nd bid had I not already signed with other contractor.

My new neighbor got the bid from Superior (3 months prior I had gotten bids from 3 other companies). I checked Superior out, with a minor change in contract, agreed to go with them. The Bid was for 145 feet of and quot;good neighborand quot; fence; with a separate contract for the two gates on either side of my house (described above). Had some discussion with Dominic prior to install, he was easy to work with. Day of install the crew was on site early, and I was extremely impressed over the two days of tear down and installation. Steve Kempster was the on-site foreman with a crew of 4-5. They Worked! No dilly-dally, no goofing off - just get in, get the job done. Steve was more than willing to work with me on the gates and he made some excellent suggestions and went above and beyond! Steve Kempster and his crew were very professional, kept the area cleaned up and moved some items that were too heavy for me. I would definitely work with Superior Fence again and highly recommend them.

Gave a bid over the phone. When asked to come out to look at the project, they forgot to come out when they promised but, called three day's later to apologize and reschedule. Came out to give a bid, but never heard from again. Nice guys but not very reliable.

I called Superior Fence in the morning last Monday and explained to them I needed to get a bid asap since I have pets and a down fence. They were able to come over and give me a bid that same afternoon. They were nice enough to put up some plastic mess fencing to help keep my dog in while I got my bids and made my decision. They listed to all of my requests and gave me a few choices to pick from. Their prices were affordable and I really liked the two owners that came out and gave me the bid. Since the two owners install the fences themselves, I felt confident they would do a great job and they did! Our new fence looks amazing! Steve and Dominic were a pleasure to work with and we definitely will use them again!
