Fantastic Fence

Outstanding construction, excellent work

This company is great. Good communications with the office. The estimate was right on. The workers showed up in the morning took out the old fence and set the posts. Cleaned up before leaving. The next morning the crew came and went right to work putting up the board on board and header and 2 gates. Supervisor stopped by to make sure everything was right. The crew finshed, cleaned up and left. JOB WELL DONE. I have already recommended this company to 2 more people.

Instead of a long rant, here are the facts on a gate installation at my rental property. I asked Superior Fence to let me know when the work would be done, so I could check it before they left. They didn’t. Here’s what I found: 1) Wet concrete was spilled onto the exposed aggregate sidewalk. 2) Chunks of concrete, from removing the old fence post, were scattered in the decorative rock bed next the gate. They did remove the largest lumps. 3) Instead of cutting fence boards in the driveway, Superior cut them in the decorative rock bed, littering it with sawdust. No clean up was attempted. 4) Numerous slivers were sticking out from the cut ends of the boards, a prickly hazard. 5) An foot wide oil stain was left in the drive way. 6) The latch post attached to the garage wall was loose. Superior must have a some good workers, based upon their reviews, but hang on to your checkbook until you have time to carefully check their work. Never pay immediately upon completion.

Very happy with Superior Fencing. Fencers are busy right now, so it was a 2 month wait, but we knew that going in. Their price was competitive, and I'm very pleased with the quality of the materials and workmanship. They use an interesting technique for the posts, boxing them in so that you can't tell that the actual structural post is steel. Gate hinges are welded on. Everything top-notch.

I was very happy with the work that was done to repair a fence post that was wobbly. The repair was quickly done and is extremely sturdy now. The repairman was cordial and very professional. I was afraid it might look "patched" but it looks perfect...you would never know there was a repair. I would definitely hire them back to do any fence work in the future. The only reason I did not give them an overall "A" rating was because they didn't show up at the time they said they would. They were supposed to come between 7-9 am but came at 1:00 pm. They never called to say they were going to be late. I found out later that they had a problem with their truck.

They were on time and did a good job for the price.

They haven't done it yet but it's scheduled the end of this month. I got an estimate and they were the most responsive company of all the companies that I called. Their customer service was very good. For responsiveness, I would give them an A because they are the ones that responded. It was professional. The estimate could have been done a little better, but I'd give them a B on that.

Good. Able to remove owls fence and install new fence with n one day.

I Called on Jan.16th. One week later he called to say he would get back to me in about a week. I have called a dozen times, and now 4 weeks have gone by. No response, no calls. This is not the way a professional works.

Well. I was very pleased with the work.

I collected several quotes. I chose Superior Fence because it had excellent reviews and their quote was more detailed. They also worked directly with my neighbor's property management company to complete the split invoice which made the payment process easier for me and my neighbor. They were very responsive by phone and by email. Their employees showed up on-time to provide the quote and on-time to perform the work. All their employees that we interacted with were incredibly professional. I will definitely use Superior Fence again in the future.

First off, let me say that I usually don't take the time to write a review for any company. THAT BEING SAID, The crew from Superior Fence did an outstanding job and they were punctual, and kept us informed of the status on their crew in the event of rain. The fence turned out better than we could imagine, and best of all, they split the invoices for each neighbor. I would highly recommend.

Service was excellent. The quality of the wood was a good as you can find and it was expertly installed. The gentlemen who installed it were very friendly and very competent. I am impressed with the quality of the installation with minimal disruption of the landscape. Quality service from the estimator to the office staff and installers.

Dominic was very helpful from beginning to end. Very satisfied with the fence. These guys are the real deal. Professionals. Only took 2 days. The look was better then expected. Fair pricing and can pay with paypal.

Based on their reviews is why I reached out to them. Too bad they did not even respond.

The two workers sent to install the designed iron frames and wood fencing demonstrated their skill and knowledge. They worked fast and hard to complete the work. It was easy to discuss the needs and when one question came up of design choice, they offered suggestions then followed my wish without hesitation. They left a construction of great design and utility cleaning up as if they were never there. I only wish I had the funds for them to do even more. I am sure that any fencing job would be approached with the same attention and skill as demonstrated on this work.

Superior Fence did good work; it's a nice and sturdy gate. They installed the latch on the wrong side of the gate; however, they fixed it within a couple days. My primary gripe is they didn't cash my check for 41 days. Perhaps it's just an idiosyncrasy of mine, but for accounting purposes, I expect vendors to cash checks in a timely fashion. I emailed twice about this issue and never received a response. If you don't mind the long lag time of the financial transaction, they might be a good fence provider for you.

Fence looks great. Had some scheduling issues with the rain but they still came out on day with intermittent showers.

This is a great company. If you want to have excellent work completed, professionalism and superb responsiveness, hire Superior Fence. We scheduled our fence to be done and the crew showed up on time. They got to work and had the entire fence up by 3pm. They were professional and provided a beautiful fence. Even when a kicker was forgotten, we had someone on the phone and crew back the next morning to set things right. They were excellent all around. When the back fence needs replacing, we know who we will call.

They came out and completed the work in less then 2 days. They used quality wood and were able to cut through the tough dirt. I was very impressed with the whole process. I tried to get a quote from another local company and they quoted me at over $3400 for the same work. I would recommend these guys anytime.

From the initial meeting/estimate through completion working with Dominic/Steve and their crew was wonderful. The guys arrived shortly before 8:00am and started dismantling my old fence and putting in the new posts. It was 108 degrees that day and they worked though it like it was a 70 degrees day. Steve came out and we discussed the retaining wall and my expectation of uniformity as our yard isn't level so I didn't want the retaining wall to be 'pieced' together (like my old fence). I wanted it to look clean and uniformed. He totally understood my needs, discussed with his crew, and that's exactly what I received. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Great service from the quote to completion. I know the whole fence needs to be replaced but I didn't get any pressure about it. My repair was pretty small (a one day job) but the guys were great, very friendly, in and out in no time, everything looks great! They even installed a back gate for me and were able to install the custom lock I had purchased separately without any issues. I will reach out to them again when I'm ready to replace the whole fence!

I was able to schedule an estimate within a week on my first call. Work was performed two weeks after I returned the signed estimate. They had expected it to take about 3-4 weeks before they could come out, but there was an early opening. The team that did the work showed up at 8:30 (right on time) and completed everything in two days. They brought the right materials & tools for the job.Not a single staple anywhere! (I hate it when staples are used instead of nails.) I am really happy with how the job turned out. There were no additional charges at the end. The crew was polite and happy to answer questions. I will definitely be calling Superior Fence next year for my North fence.
