Fallen Leaf Landscape

The backyard is BEAUTIFUL! I am so happy with the finish product. I needed to make two small requests for addition and a change. Both were accomodated graciously. I would recommend Fallen Leaf to others in need of landscaping jobs big or small. They provide excellent work and customer care.

I have been using them about every week for the last 3 years. They do a good job! Mike is honest and trust him to be here. The workers are hard working.

Everyone from the owner, Mike Dewyea, on down to each and every worker was a professional and pleasant as could possibly be hoped for. The work was done according to plan, and when we had questions, Mike was ready with excellent answers and solutions. We had one major issue - the concrete was finished incorrectly (broom instead of salt). In my experience, the indicator of an excellent contractor is not just in how well the work is done, but how does he/she handle major problems? Well, in this case, Mike was an absolute gem! He readily admitted the error was his, and removed and replaced the concrete with the correct finish. I would not consider using any other landscaper to work on my property. Fallen Leaf is tops! I will have them back twice a year to help with maintenance. And if anything else is needed, they will be my first call.

Met with Mike Dewyea to obtain a bid for our back yard project. Mike was on time for our meeting and walked the sight with me taking in our ideas and reviewing what we wanted done. We were looking to have a 1,700 square foot patio installed along with concrete steps. We also were interested in having an existing retaining wall faced with stone and capped. We had some minor irrigation and drainage work that needed to be completed as well. Our overall budget was in the neighborhood of $30,000 for this project. Mike took the info along with a copy of our plans on the date of the meeting. He indicated that he would get back to us by the end of the following week with proposal. The following week came and went without any contact from Mike or the company. I went with another company about 3 days later and I had to contact Fallen Leaf to ask that they return my landscape design plans. Overall the initial meeting went fine. However, I was extremely disapointed in the complete lack of follow up.
