+ -1 moreBoth Dial One and One Hour Heating and Air seem to be a training ground for new technicians. I am not apposed to people being trained, but there needs to be someone with experience with them and in all these cases of maintenance, I am not confident that these technicians had proper training. I would never recommend them for service or maintenance or installation. Very disappointing. I will always check the website of the product I am buying and contact the recommended expert to conduct maintenance or service.
Description of Work: We purchased a new American Standard Comfort R system. There were problems with the installation and recently I was advised that the system was never installed correctly and the Comfort R was never configured to operate. So we have gone 5 years with an expensive system that was not installed correctly and therefore we did not gain the benefits we had purchased. We used the same company for maintenance from 6/2007 to6/2009, at which time One Hour Heating and Air took over this companies contracts. I was told that Dial One had gone out of business. One would have thought that at least one of these technicians for either company would have noticed that the system was not working right. I observed all of them to remove the thermostat and it was obvious that the wires were not connected yet not a one, fixed this. I had to request several of the technicians to clean the filters in the Honeywell.

+ -1 moreThe company reps came out quickly, gave their Best price right from the start and after 3 days (I think you have by law 3 days to cancel the order), they came in and in one day the system was running smoothly and quietly. We have a program where we got free financing for a year so we will pay monthly for one year.
Description of Work: We interviewed several companies but this company gave us the better equipment-higher seer rating etc for a better price than the other companies. We could have gotten the system cheaper but the equipment was just the average unit plus they gave us some free yearly checks on the system including parts and labor.

+ -1 moreThe experience with them was lousy. I will never use them again. They didn't stay true to their timeline, a three day project turned into 5 months, and I'm still waiting for them to fix stuff.
